High Praise for The Reserve at Lone Tree

We are still very happy with The Reserve At Lone Tree. Like other facilities, there seems to be a relatively high level of turnover amongst the staff. But I've come to learn that this is a symptom of the industry, not necessarily the facility. The amenities are great, the food is better than area restaurants, and the staff I've gotten to know are really nice and truly care about my parents, so I can't really ask for anything more!

our families experience, friendly staff, would recommend

I feel like they could have some more intellectual activities and for dementia people some better supervised trips off campus. Food is okay, they have had chef turnover. The facility is clean and rooms are too. Apt size is fine. The staff have been very very nice and helpful for the most part. Most stuff addressed quickly.

It is a very upscale facility and we are thinking very seriously thinking of going there. We are having dinner there next Tuesday and a further look.

Beautiful facility and highly recommend

The facility is substantially clean and beautifully decorated. The staff in housekeeping and dining need more direction from the department managers

our families experience, friendly staff, would recommend, just has kinks to work out

I feel like they need to hire some more staff. But some things slow to get done and/or you have to chase people down to do it. Majority of staff have been helpful and nice

A Friendly and Caring Place

I can only speak to memory care. 1) The quality of care has been very good. 2) The quality of food is equivalent to a 4- maybe even a 5-star restaurant. 3) The MC unit is small with no designated outdoor space (hard to get vitamin D from the sun or simply enjoy the outdoors). 4) The MC activities are par for course -- nothing outstanding that are specialized for people living with dementia. 5) The staff is friendly

It is a brand new community & has a lot of amenities & activities. Like other top quality facilities it is very expensive. The staff we talked to there were very friendly. we think the cost of $[removed] per month garage our car is not reasonable. Some places only charge $[removed]/month. We are in the beginning stages of researching senior communities to see if we want to stay in the home or move to a senior community.

I was very impressed with this gorgeous and brand new facility. I am looking for an Assisted Living community for my mom who currently lives out of state. The many different dining rooms are lovely and the menus sound delicious. The exercise opportunities and on-site Physical, occupational and speech therapies are impressive. I appreciated seeing all the different activities offered here. It was nice to be able to walk through several different apartment floorplans.

Review for The Reserve at Lone Tree

I think it is marvelous. My sister is happy. So many activities, good food, inclusiveness. It is really wonderful. It is worth every dollar. The apartment my sister has is a corner unit. Light filled, gorgeous views, very comfortable. She has a guest bathroom so her bathroom is private. It's a beautiful, contemporary space.

I work in the industry and have never seen such a luxurious idea for a retirement community / senior living facility. I recently stopped into the showroom to get the full story and was blown away. The senior living community will only serve certified-organic food at all of their restaurants and takeaway options. Also, the team behind The Reserve at Lone Tree are super friendly and caring people.
