Two stood out the most in the way they cared for them, played games, fed and cleaned up the people. They allowed my dad to bring his dog to visit my mom.\n\nImprovements would be making sure Amazon packages actually got to the residents. I sent things to my mom that she never received. Care packages, adult diapers, sweaters. None of those things made it to her. I sent them via Amazon because I live out of state and was trying to make it easier on my dad who doesn't drive. He ultimately had to have Walmart deliver the items to his house and then he had to take his golf cart down to bring the items to her. Everyone from the front desk, administrative staff, kitchen, maintenance, management and most especially the folks providing medical care and activities have contributed to help Dad get where he is today. \n\nI am now able to sleep at night and not be constantly worried about Dad.
