I have had a few minor complaints but they have mostly centered around confusion regarding whether mom's caretaker is responsible for something or if the staff is supposed to be doing something. I also need to better understand the billing for my mom's care, but that is likely my own problem since I am allowing for a flexible settling in period which hasn't fully locked in the care. Still, in contrast to the care that my mother in law gets at Auburn Meadows, Auburn Meadows staff seem to be more diligent recording how much time is spent helping each resident. Billing at the Watermark seems to be based upon an estimate at the beginning of the month that doesn't automatically get adjusted based upon what actually happens.
