Friendly, caring, comfortable facility.
Everyone who works here is friendly and helpful. Their kindness is genuine, they are patient and do their best to solve any issue that arises.
To be honest, since my husband died I don't go to lunch or dinner often. In the past though I would say they needed better timing on getting your meal and consistency in preparation.

We chose Tiffany Springs based on others' recommendations. However things changed. Examples: What I call "the culture" was definitely different,; medical staff refused to follow eye doctor's instructions; one CNA ignored call button-said she knew what my husband wanted and that he would later change his mind (she was busy making artificial flower arrangements! ). Director of Nursing said my husband needed too much care and would probably put him out (I beat him to it). Need I go on? I have more if you need them. Food was very very good I must say.

Mom feels like she's on vacation!
I would give a 5 on all of those categories. [name removed] has told me she feels like she is on a cruise! She loves it, and reports the food is very good. I go see her sometimes for happy hour on a Friday and they always have good snacks. She's been there about 4 months and has settled in very well.

Perfect fit for grandma
My grandmother did not want to go to this facility in the beginning, and was very adamant She was not going to like it. After we got her set up in her room and she was there the first week. She informed me she liked this place, and when I come to visit , she tells me she really likes this place that they treat her like she is family, and she like is someone special. That means a lot to me! I was rather skeptical at first placing her there, but I am glad I did.

Tiffany Springs Senior Living review
The weekend staff does not always respond quickly to my Dads buzzer. He is a level 3 meaning he needs help with all transfers and so is dependent on someone to help him go anywhere or get things . The building is clean, Dad had to raise some hell to get his room on the cleaning schedule. Everyone is friendly enough. I feel most of the employees do a good job. Dad isn't always happy with the meals. The activity directors come and go quickly. My dad loves bingo- so in between directors, the residents do it on a schedule themselves. it is very expensive so I wish some of the help were more responsive on the weekends. Overall- I would pick Tiffany Springs again though

Staff is all very friendly. Housekeeping is adequate, they take care of hard surfaces, vacuum, make the beds if the sheets are out and ready but do not dust or do detailed cleaning. My loved one is in Independent Living, so no communication necessary at this point. The move in was easy. The meals are adequate, to quote my dad, " I don't go to bed hungry". I would recommend.

Definitely recommend. Staff is definitely top notch & love all they do for their residents.
The staff is wonderful & so easy to work with. The activities they have keep my mom busy & active & she's thriving there. She goes to Church. Mingles with other residents that are all so nice & happy there. The food is wonderful & perfect for my mom, as she hasn't cooked in many years. The food is not only great, but very healthy too. Her & my stepdad used to go out to eat 2-3 times a day. I'm so glad her apartment is beautiful & big & she loves her new home.
Definitely recommend. Staff is definitely top notch & love all they do for their residents. It's almost like a resort there with the indoor theater to watch movies they play. The outings they put together keeps them all busy ?? Physical therapy on sight is a major factor! As well as Urgent Care.

Feels like home
Very kind hearted staff / motivated to make anything small or large item right. You can see their desire is to create a feel of family not just tenants.
All of the retirement facilities are expensive. But I believe Tiffany Springs Sr Living not the most expensive or cheapest has gone to great lengths for quality of life. They have taken great lengths to see what works best and how to best help their Tenants to truly feel at home in every location within the facility.

Beware. Pretty new looks will fool you.
I toured this facility and was so impressed I requested a transfer here following my Total Knee Replacement Revision surgery. The care and attention at this facility is almost non existent. Non of my regular medication was given. I was told it is normal to wait 24 or the next day for meds to arrive. I did not have pain medication for hours. No one checked on me. No one knew how to fill the ice machine to keep my swelling down. No one answered the call button. I had to shower holding on to my walker because their was no shower chair. There were no towels so I dried off with my tshirt. I could not get them to confirm my need for warfarin I got no medication and my INR was 1.0. Dangerous for throwing a clot. My only meal was beef and I tried non stop to get someone to answer the call button. I cannot eat beef. I have had my esophagus stretched twice. I can choke on this. There is no compassionate care at this facility. My daughter took me out in less than 24 hours.

Overall, the facility is clean. I believe due to staffing shortages, to some people it is just a job and they lack the empathy needed in a facility of this type. Their food much improved after changing food services. They probably could have more activities. Tiffany is at the top of the scale for what we would want to pay. Their services to residents lack in cleaning apartments well enough.

My tour of Tiffany Springs Senior Living and Rehab
I toured this community a couple of times and it was ok. The place is beautiful, very clean, with wonderful rooms. It almost has a cruise ship feel to it. However, I didn't see a lot of resident activity other than dinner time. I just didn't get a community type of feel here and that's what we were looking for.

Tiffany Springs is a newer community which we really like and at the time our loved one moved in they have been fully staffed which we here is a big problem with a lot of communities lately. They have a lot of activities going on for the residents and while they do not pressure or make them get involved they really encourage the residents and our loved one to get out of their comfort zone and get involved which we really like. When it comes to the meals the serve three big meals a day which is nice but our loved one has gained weight since moving in so we wish they would just monitor the meal portions a little closer.

A great place for family
Tiffany Springs was much nicer and less expensive when we did a cost comparison to other places we looked into.
The staff are really concerned for the residents. [name removed] and the whole nursing staff really knows them and looks out for them. The level of care and concern is phenomenal.
We are very pleased with the experience and would absolutely recommend the facility to other families looking.
