He had given me a price in January that he honored even though the price had gone up. The staff have been friendly. It feels like they might be a little lazy, the ones I see, but I also don't see what all they've done during the day, which might be a lot. [Name Removed] feels like they get frustrated with her but I think that's a power struggle. I'm trying to make sure they understand that she's been alone on her house for at least 10 years so all of the people,noise, and structure is a huge change for her. It's an older facility so it doesn't have that brand new clean feeling but overall I think it's fine. Each resident only has a bedroom/ 1/2 bath. They take showers in a different place which allows them to make sure residents are getting showers. Her biggest complaint is the food. In my opinion, they need a cook. The girls working fix the meals. She complains about the menu and the food temp. I hate to say much, but I'm trying to get by at lunch time to see if what she says is actually true.
