During the little over a year that my mom lived there, there were three different directors. When she moved out, they were already searching for a fourth, as the third director was leaving at the same time we were.\n\nThe front reception desk should be staffed 24/7, but it was only covered during regular working hours. Because of this, my mom was once locked out of the building after walking a visiting friend out and was unable to get anyone to unlock the front door to let her back in. That was very concerning.\n\nThat said, the food was excellent, and the staff members who were there were always kind and friendly — there just weren’t enough of them.
