I was told many residents have problems with them. The heat AC is also difficult for her to understand and she is often too warm. Admin was very communicative while making a decision then I feel like we needed an orientation or something. It was a huge learning curve to find who to speak to about what. They love it the meals and dining. I love the soup! They enjoy activities and staff knocks on the door to get them. The value comes from my dad being happy there and family gas piece of mind.
