I have been very pleased with your office staff who are willing and able to accommodate any changes in schedule that come up. They also are very helpful in choosing which caregivers come into his home. Caregivers have been polite, willing to take directions and capable of handling the occasional problems that occur with emptying his catheter which is a very important part of his home care. My cousin is especially thankful that your office works so well with the VA, ensuring he receives the benefits and services he needs.

Careco is good company that provides a reliable, and necessary, service to the community.

My main and most important input concerns.the caretaker assigned to me by Synergy.My caretaker is simply wonderful. She is.extremely competent, as well as pleasant, with a great sense of humor, and is totally.trustworthy. i feel very fortunate to have her. Since my interactions are primarily with my caregiver and she is great ?? i dont have that much contact with the other Synergy personnel., but they seem pleasant and cooperative when i speak to them.

The attention and care I receive from [name removed] and [name removed] are the reason I am using their services for the second time this year. I would highly recommend their services for anyone looking for short or long term care.

Great nurses and always on time. Nurses listen to patients and take their time during visits. Nurses are very knowledgeable regarding disease process. Nurses are very compassionate during care. Office staff very helpful.

Home Instead has improved our daily lives. The helpers they have sent to help our family were very well trained, kind, patient, knowledgeable, and ambitious. We came to think of them as family. Brittany was my contact in the office. She was incredible. Very nice! Very organized. Always kept me on schedule. I never felt as though I was annoying her. I highly recommend this company.

My husband could not be left alone due to inability to transfer to his wheelchair without assistance or get food unassisted or toileting. [name removed] met with us to determine not only needs but wants. Then he brought a group of folks to meet him and they then determined who they thought would be a good fit. It worked out beautifully. They not only took care of everything asked of them but more. If they saw anything they thought they could help me with they did. Cannot recommend highly enough.

This group is the most amazing group I have worked with. They are so caring and understanding. Very easy to work with and communicate with. I would recommend this group to everyone. They do the best to match the client with the right caregiver.

I was helping a friend with early dementia try to find assisted living that she could afford. A Place for Mom gave us several places to look into. They were very helpful and kind. They do check back with you to make sure everything went well. If you are not satisfied, they will send you more places to check.

My sister has a relatively rare form of dementia called Primary Progressive Aphasia. It isn’t like other dimentias. It can also have a fairly early onset which is the case with my sister. We needed someone to be a helpful friend for her. She is still very active. She runs 5 to 6 miles 3 times per week in parks, weather permitting. She’s still able to drive. So we needed someone who was willing and able to assist her in engaging more in life in ways she still could. We were able to find the right person through A Place for Mom.

My experience is that they treat everyone the same way they serve people well, they talk to everyone the same way I like that and thank you when you arrive they ask you what they can help you with, they sit down and talk to you after they solve the problem after they let you know if it's okay come back to us again thank you

The care during my broken shoulder was wonderful. I have no complaints. They really helped me through that experience. I would do it again hiring them I mean.

It was easy to bond with my caregiver. She took care of whatever needed to be done and was very precise in giving me directions.
