[names removed] are great companions for my Mom. I appreciate all they do to help Mom stay active and healthy, especially getting her to the adult learning courses she loves to take.

Home Instead, overall, provided us with very good caregivers. I often had a list of what I wanted the caregiver to do within the time the person was caring for my loved one but there was one who spent most of the time on her cell phone and there was a personality conflict with another.

A hired Cornerstone to help with my Dad when his health suddenly declined. I was overwhelmed and had no idea what I was doing. They helped me get everything set up, and help came the next morning. They sent wonderful people that my Dad really liked, and they helped him tremendously for three weeks before he went into memory care. I would’ve been lost without them!

All the caregivers who we have had for my husband are very professional, timely, and accommodating. The agency makes sure I’m at iracd knowing a caregiver will be here when needed. Can’t speak highly enough about my experience so far!

My experience with Home Matters came about when my wife took a spill and broke her hip. We needed to find help quickly. Doctors advised rehab or a 24hr in home care. My wife also has Alzheimer's. So Routine and familiarity is most importand for her healing and mental health. rehab was out of the question. My Son Mathew got a hold of Home Matters and they came out did an assessment signed her up and by the time she came home from the hospital. They had everything she needed lined up. A caregiver 24hrs a day morning and night . They helped aid her with Medication administration, showers, dressing cleaning our home, ,basically any activities of dailey living .They are amazing. I feel at ease knowing shes in good hands with the experience that comes from the Caregivers, to the Nurses I feel she is healing faster being at home, Thanks to Home matters dedication my wifes caregivers take turns on round the clock shifts. Keeping her safe so I can sleep knowing everything alright.

Home care worker is able to help me participate in a wide range of home care and cooking activities each time she comes to our home.

It’s very difficult to navigate through the healthcare system but Home Instead helped up cut through the red tape with our caregiver. Laurie was very experienced and provided us with much needed information and knew exactly how to help my sister who had suffered a spinal cord injury. Our father’s health has steadily declined over the past few years. Since his diagnosis, our family has done our very best to meet his growing personal and medical needs. Our family agreed that if we did not feel comfortable with the assigned caregiver, we would request a replacement. Fortunately, the coordinator did an exceptional job assessing our family’s culture and understanding our father’s needs. We were fortunate that the very first aide assigned to us exceeded all expectations. She is attentive, patient, and compassionate with our father, and our mother adores her. She has blended well with our family and provides outstanding care for our father.

Excellent home care worker: on time, helpful, flexible schedule, skilled, understanding and fun to visit with. Our family enjoys having our home care worker.

We have been so pleased to have Home Instead provide caregivers for my father. They are excellent at communicating and work with the family to provide a plan of care. It’s easy to change schedules as needed. Without Home Instead my dad would certainly not be able to continue to live independently. They are so caring and do anything that dad needs. They follow up regularly to assure that everything is going well.

The nurse who came to assess me the first day care started discovered a life threatening condition. As a result, I ended up in the ICU and had to cancel the scheduled services, then resume again when I left the hospital. They took care of the rescheduling with ease and were great about setting me up with the perfect caregiver for my needs. I had no complaints at all.

Staff are caring and efficient. If anything goes wrong there is immediate response and correction. I appreciate them very much.

We loved our care taker. She was always on time and always pleasant. She was intuitive and able to anticipate my husband’s needs. We terminated our contract only because my husband was hospitalized with another stroke.

The response from the company was quick and efficient. I was called within hours of my request. A meeting was scheduled within days. Initial paperwork was completed at that time and will be ready when we are. Overall we were very satisfied.

I received a call from Amada as I was doing a general internet search for help. I was given a few numbers from a social worker yet Amada on a separate general search answered first. The manager was so understanding and empathetic and I just felt that this person could be trusted in my despair I really felt my spirit was at ease, like a load off because I can trust. As of today I have no regrets everything was done to accommodate my brother even if the manager had to stop by himself, they were someone I could depend on because I was in NY and he was in Florida, theres nothing that they could of done better in all honesty. I would use them any time in the future again, the aides did an awesome job with my brother and his apartment, they even assembled his new wheelchair.

I live in North Carolina. When my good friend in Los Angeles fell and ended up in rehab, i was really worried about her going home with no help. Her husband has strength and balance issues as well. I reached out and was connected with Ash, the head of Amada; I described a fluid and confusing situation. He was calm and professional and sent me 10 video bios of potential aides within a few hours. My friend agreed with my first choice and luckily she was a available. That was 4 weeks ago and the same aide has bexome indispensable! The situation is still fluid but Ash rremains calm and very helpful! I have just learned Amada also has someone who can help my friend and her husband identify a senior living community where they can get on site care ... I am.so relieved! Highly recommend.
