I used Home Helpers during a very difficult time recovering from surgery. The caregivers provided were skilled and helpful, but more importantly, I felt like they really cared about me and wanted me to get better. They helped with exercises, meals, shopping and housekeeping. I would highly recommend them!

I had contracted Senior Helpers to aid me in taking care of my wife at home after back surgery. They came in from 9-1 each morning to bathe her, get her dressed, and get her breakfast. They also did household chores like dishes, laundry and some cleaning.[Name Removed] was especially helpful and even followed us to a doctor appointment to help with transfer to her wheelchair. Unfortunately my wife passed away and she came by to give me a big hug.

We have been using preferred care for about 2 years. [Name Removed] has gone out of his way to find people who work well and get along great with my day. The day person, [Name Removed] is great. She speaks both English and Spanish which is needed in Miami. She comes in and get her ready for the day, helps with getting transport to doctors and other places. She also does light house work which we really appreciate. All the people are friendly and like their work.

My husband has gotten wonderful care from his caregiver. And home instead. They are always there when needed and provide necessary.Items or information concerning things that are available to us and help us connect with other places that can provide needed items . The young man that comes in and stays with my husband provides him with Support and company. By having this help, it allows me to get things done like going to the grocery or even staying at home. Paying bills. So that I don't have to be with my husband or worry about him.Being alone. I really appreciate everything.This company and his caregiver has done for him.

From the first contact to finalizing the schedule. The customer service was top notch. They were very flexible as we kept delaying the start of service. Appreciate the thoroughness and respect of our home.

I am writing this review about [Name Removed]. My caregiver. She has been with me for 4 months now. [Name Removed] is EVERYTHING in meeting my needs. She helps me shower, washed, dries and neatly folds my laundry and put's it where it is easily accessible for me to reach. She went beyond the "ordinary" recently when my eyesight went very, very bad due to stitches after a surgery. She called many doctors and other personnel until she got an answer from one that told me I needed eye drops. She didn't hesitate to take me to a pharmacy to get them. She came through everything with flying colors! On another note, [Name Removed] likes to "talk story". She is a great conversationalist and I enjoy her very much for the smart, funny, competent lady she is!

They were always pleasant and responsive.

We are a family that’s spread throughout the country and it was becoming more evident that our Mom was needing extra help around the house as well as someone who would be a friendly face and good company for her. She’s also been needing reminders to eat well and take her meds. We reached out to Pathlight and they have been a HUGE BLESSING to our Mom as well as us. We know that she’s getting the help she needs now. And we also know that [name removed] and [name removed] have been great company for Mom. They’re both incredibly kind and caring women and their willingness to help in any way is a testament to their characters and why they do what they do. Pathlight is great at keeping us up to date on anything they witness as a concern and offer proactive non-medical suggestions as well. Our family very much appreciates that Mom can continue to live in the place she loves around friends & neighbors and it’s only BECAUSE of Pathlight. We HIGHLY recommend them as caregivers and friends.

[name removed] with [name removed] was awesome! No for the caretaker they sent…she didn’t interact with my mom at ALL! She sat in the recliner on the lower level all day, DID NOT MAKE MOM HER LUNCH! The canned soup sat on the counter for two days! Mom said she never came up and talked with her or made her coffee or got her snacks. Very disappointed in the care that my mom WAS to get. I really hope that you do surprise visits with the caregiver to see what they are or NOT doing. I know agencies work hard to find good help and I would say 9 out of 10 are good workers but this left a bad taste in our expectations. Our family is so very disappointed in the care mom was given.

I have had a wonderful experience with my home health aid, [name removed]. With her help I am able to stay in my home where I have lived for 50 years. [name removed] warmth, caring and friendship have exceeded my expectations and I am grateful for [name removed] matching me with just the right person..

My family and I were very happy with the service. They caregiver was proactive and flexible and was a great help to my dad who was bedridden and 87 year old mom. I am so glad that we found this service. Highly recommend them and the entire team

Cornerstone Caregiving found the right caregiver for my Mom.. she is caring, knowledgeable and communicates well with my mom. When she cannot come the agency is prompt to find someone to fill in. All of the ladies have been exceptional.

Care pro's arrive at 9am, assist mom out of bed & help her do her morning hygiene routine assist her all day play games, chair therapy, puzzles. Fix her meals & do an excellent job very happy with the CP's we have.

We have been very pleased with the professional companionship care for my father who has dementia. The woman who Home Instead matched us with is terrific at engaging with him, preparing lunch, accompanying him for walks, and generally being a positive presence in his life and ours. With the Home Instead care provider on the job, my mother has been able to run errands or spend time doing things on her own, which has been great for her mental health. We couldn’t be happier.

We cannot adequately express our gratitude for the extraordinary care [name removed] provided to our mother during the last years of her life. [name removed] respected our mom's need for independence and empowered her to live with dignity on her own terms. They shared a beautiful connection through music. [name removed] took mom to live music events and they spent evenings together listening to old tunes, creating joy in the simplest, most meaningful ways. She welcomed our mother into her own family, sharing Thanksgiving and Christmas meals that made these occasions all the more special. My sisters and I live out of town, and [name removed] loving presence made it possible for our mother to remain in her own home until the very end. She gave Mom companionship, laughter, music, and love—and gave us the priceless peace of mind knowing Mom was genuinely loved and supported.

Easy to talk to. The Professionalism stood out and I would recommend to others.

Concierge Care supplied home health aides and CNA’s for me when I recovered from knee replacement surgery. The caregivers were professional and knowledgeable and helped me immensely. They were considerate and self-starting. I was so very fortunate to be able to recover at home with the round the clock assistance of these caring ladies.

They were very nice and helpful. The caregiver was kind patient with my mom. Mom really like her. They were on time stayed the time agreed to. The aide was very willing to go above and beyond. The company tries to match caregiver with client.

We had a brief, but great experience with Nestwell. They were very responsive and our caregiver was awesome! I would definitely recommend them. We terminated the service because we felt my mother needed full time assistance and she will be moving into an Assisted Living facility.

[names removed]are very responsive to our unique needs while on kauai. Their caregivers are also professional and kind and my mom likes the service the staff provides. It’s hard to find quality caregiver agencies on Kauai and this is why Focus healthcare is nice to have when needed.
