What we like the most about their services is their Personal touch by the ownership/ management. Attentiveness. Their ability to get things up and running in a very short period of time. Caregiver needed in a pinch. Home Instead came through when we needed them most.

I'd give each category a 5. They are flexible and we would recommend their services to other families.

They are a 5 in all categories. They show up on time, to start service was super easy. They take excellent care of Teresa. Overall they just do a great job and yes I would recommend HomeWell Care Services to other families.

It took a little time for them to find a caregiver for the hours we needed. We had a fill-in caregiver come to our home who actually did not provide any care. After he left, we found my father still laying in wet and soiled bed and undergarments. I brought this to the attention of the agency, and they did not charge me and did not send that caregiver back to my home. I would recommend, they were very responsive.

Home Instead has been such a blessing to my family. The care that [name removed] provides my Uncle is literally second to none. She is so loving and kind with him but she also hold him accountable which is exactly what he needs. He often mentions to me that she is the best thing that has happened to him since his illness. I am so happy that we chose Home Instead and that you all keep choosing us to shine through.

5 on everything. We like their guidance to have your insurance unlock benefits that you didn't know you had. Yes, we would recommend Senior Helpers of Northeast to other families.

They were exceptional. We like that there Knowledge, availability, kindness, professionalism. Definitely would recommend them. I can't say enough things about them although my husband passed before we experienced any caregivers in the home.

Homewell is great. The caregiver is awesome. Everything is great and we would recommend their services to other families.

Honestly, I would give them a 5 across the board.When I explained my concerns and wishes to them, they listened and acted on them. When I saw something I wanted them to do differently, they did it without any problem. [name removed] has gained my mom's confidence, she is able to get her to shower and exercise regularly and my mom seems to be very happy with their relationship.

The ease of starting care is a 10!!! The price point is higher than I'd like, & partly Dad's fault for not "letting" caregivers do more to help around the house. Overall staff (especially [name removed] and [name removed] in the office, & [name removed] in the home) have been extremely helpful and nice. Dad went from "I don't know why they're here" to "[name removed] a nice guy, he'll be back tomorrow".

They sent out a person to do an in-house evaluation the very next day. She was pleasant, understanding and thoughtful. However they weren't able to get me an aid for over a week and I had to pay a minimum of 4 hours and it had to be consecutive hours, not split (morning/evening). It was pricey ad well. By the time they could find someone to come to my location my full time aid was well enough to return, so I never got their help. I had asked about doing a full in, but again they need 2 weeks notice and it doesn't always happen in advance.
