Great staff, even executive director gets involved with the residents. I've only ate there a couple times but seems like good variety from day to day. Always something for the residents each day. Comparable to other areas we looked at but with better staff interactions with the residents. You can tell they care about their residents. There seems to be more staff than what we saw at other facilities and the are always interacting with the residents. They have a good variety of activities going on each day. It has taken a while for our mom to get settled in but they never gave up on her and getting her involved. They really have a good understanding of the dementia patients and how to take care of them. The Executive director is very handsome on as well.

[name removed] was my tour guide and provided an excellent experience! Am definitely interested in transfering my sister to Porter Place but finances are a real concern. Will wait to hear how her scheduled assessment goes by [name removed] next week. I feel the environment there will be a good choice for her and her care would be at a greater level!

The activities have really helped improve my grandmother's cognitive abilities. She enjoys the food. The staff is quick to respond to any questions or concerns that I have.

The daily activities as well as the larger, monthly events are probably the things that stand out the most. They have events that families come to attend and they do a really good job with those and have a large amount of families who participate. The caretaker and med tech staff are also always willing to answer questions and help out with things. They know the residents well and know what's going on with them. Also, I would say the front desk staff is very friendly and caring.

Franklin Place sounds wonderful. I decided to choose a different Memory Care facility strictly because it is closer to my home and also sounds wonderful.

I am a hospice RN who attends this facility frequently. I cannot say enough good things about this place, or express my gratitude for the care that the residents I oversee receive. If you are looking for a place for your loved one to live, I cannot recommend this place enough.

The lady in charge of activities is so engaging. She definitely encourages people there to come out of their rooms & participate in fun activities. I also really love the administrators there. They show they care, and they went to great lengths to assist our family with the transition from home to the facility.

We first toured the facility 4 months ago. The facility was clean smelled nice and professional. We moved my father in shortly after and have not been disappointed. A total surprise is my dad is very happy here.

I’ve had a great experience with this assisted living facility. The staff are caring attentive and truly treat residence with respect and compassion. The environment feel safe and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this place to families looking for quality care.

It's expensive. But well staffed, they're kind & caring. I would recommend others.

All of the staff and directors have been amazing! They're very supportive, caring, and do a fantastic job. I've got some very close relationships with my Dad’s nurses, and several of the directors. All of them are there to help me in any way, and they take very good care of my father. It's been a pure blessing for my family.

I loved what I saw, so I chose this place as my husband’s future home. I would recommend this facility to anyone.

The community was amazing. I never wanted to place my dad in a facility, so I was scared. But everything about Porter Place made me feel good about having him there. The facility, the administrators, the care givers, were great. The community was welcoming and reassuring.

Our visit to Cascade went great. Very nice and helpful people. Facility was very clean and offered great activities for the residents. Meal program looked great. There was never any pressure for us to sign up. I think we found a great place for the future if needed.

This facility is amazing, the staff was great in explaining everything to me. The place is clean, the residents looked happy... I would absolutely leave my mom here unfortunately it is a little out of my price range at this time. However it is definitely worth it.

Staff is very kind, flexible and responsive to your family's particular needs and concerns. I would definitely recommend them to others who are searching for a place for their loved one.

Just a tour was done, but it was really nice and had everything e were looking for. Just have to get the paperwork done and assessment for my sister and then if accepted, we will be moving her there. As for the staff knowledge, we haven't got that far yet.

My sister is a resident at Willow Springs Memory Care for over two years and we could not have chosen a better place for her! The staff is amazing and truly care about the residents. The activities are well-planned and vary to appeal to all interests. The director is always available and totally involved with everything that goes on there. There is a support group for families which has been so helpful. It is a very loving, fun environment with delicious food! I highly recommend Willow Springs!

When it became apparent that I could not care for my wife on my own i looked at several care facilities in the area. Although willow springs wasn't the least expensive it was clean bright and well kept. After over two years I know I made the right choice. I go there everyday twice a day, so I'm very aware of how things work. You couldn't ask for a better staff. The care givers are very protective and caring to the residents. If I have a complaint it is always taken care of.

Willow Springs Memory Care became our clear choice from a field of four after our tour. It “felt” better. The care for my mother meets my expectations and the staff is very present and always respectful and very pleasant. Their communication and support is excellent. My mother has told me: “this is a very nice place”. I am glad we made the choice to choose Willow Springs
