I would definitely recommend to others! There are plenty of activities for residents to participate in. Great staff. If anything out of the ordinary happened with my parents they call. I feel like I'm kept in the loop with anything that pertains to them. The staff if very approachable and extremely nice and helpful.

Everyone at Bayshire is friendly and helpful. The place is beautifully maintained. The food is healthy with a great variety of choices and the chef is willing to work with individual tastes. The activities are fun and engaging and led by a lovely director. The outdoor areas are relaxing and beautifully landscaped. My parents really enjoy the walking path, the rocking chairs and sitting area by the fountains.

The staff is great, they always stay in contact with me and keep me updated on my moms health. My mom engages in all the activities, the staff wants them to be active and not alone in their rooms. She shares a room but has some privacy and she doesn't seem to mind having roommates. I definitely would recommend memory care at Bayshire.

We love the place. The are very caring. Very clean and we love all the staff. Yes, we would recommend Bayshire San Dimas to other families based on the experience so far.

The staff has been amazing, very supportive. Food options got my parents have a nice variety and they can always get a meal even if they miss the dining room hours. The nursing staff keeps me updated on my parents if something happens are easily accessible. I feel like there's enough people that interact with them that if something was wrong, they would notice. I feel like my parents are safe there. Unfortunately I suffered a broken leg & arm and am not able to go there, but feel confident they're taken care of. Such a relief to me.

I have three pages of complaints. Obviously they aren't bad enough to take my mother out. It's essentially the poor quality of care by the heath and wellness staff. Everyone else there is lovely and very caring. I think anyone wanting to put a parent in Brookdale should know is that they have to be a strong advocate for their parent and to keep a constant watch on their care.

Quality of care drop down to a four only because they have a few not so great aides that would rather chit chat then do their job. That being said they have very caring and amazing staff! Their response time to a pressed call Button could be quicker but they have a lot of patients and are probably short on quality staff, as everyone is in California. Our family has experienced a friendly staff, great dining room and food, fun and plentiful activities, prompt and efficient Administration. I would recommend Brookdale for your loved one.

We are very happy with that place. It has a nice outdoor place for walking. We got a wonderful two bedroom on the ground floor. Beautiful grass and plants. My mom has joined the bridge group which meets almost every day and she goes to bingo. They enjoy the meals and weekly laundry and cleaning service and daily trash service is wonderful. My dad loves how quiet it is and all the light from multiple windows. They have used the transportation to doctors appointments as well as grocery trips.

The staff are very attentive and joke with her when my loved one initiates it. They comfort her and distract her when she is sad. They fix her hair and get Her involved in activities that she enjoys. They do a great job of jogging her memory to help keep her aware. Overall, everyone is so nice and supportive and welcoming to friends and family of the residents.

The staff is wonderful, caring and friendly. They really care about my mom and they notify me immediately if she needs something or if she is not feeling well. They keep the families updated with the monthly calendars. Before my mom moved in she colored or watched television. Now she is engaged in so many activities. I know she is happier there and being around others.

I’m a Vista Gardens resident and I have been living here for four years. I love this community. It’s so friendly and helpful. The amenities are housekeeping, laundry service and the Dining Room meals. They have activities daily like Bingo and exercise. Sometimes they can arrange for outings with their shuttle bus. Mostly importantly we have Med Techs to dose our medications daily. I feel very safe and secure here and I’m extremely grateful for Vista Gardens.

Brookdale has very good food! It's like eating at a nice restaurant. What attracted me to Brookdale was that they have all levels of care on one campus. Independent living, assisted living, memory care and skilled nursing. So no matter what the needs of the resident are Brookdale has something for everyone. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They know their residents by name and try to anticipate their needs.

The Caregivers are really genuine in their affection for my mother. The head nurse is very responsive to us anytime we need to discuss issues with her. Activities are frequent and appropriate for the residents needs. Community feels safe and clean.

What impressed my mom was that people are always walking around in the common areas. All the residents smile and say hello. It's a happy place. We would recommend Brookdale.

Very clean and well layed out. Nice first impression. Not too big of facility. Very bright and well lit. Rooms are nice size. Staff are excellent. Very accommodating and friendly. My mom had an eating issue and they went out of their way to prepare the meal to help her When my husband who does not like nursing homes says "he could live here", that is a statement! It broke my heart when we had to take my mom out of Barton creek. She became a runner and needed a locked down facility and that is where we are at for the moment. I would highly recommend Barton Creek to anyone.

Good enjoyable, loves that I can live independently yet still utilize all the services offered on campus. Everything that is offered is great. Staff is always friendly. And great food in the dinning room.

My mother-in-law has been a resident at the Cloisters for almost 6 years, she is 100 years old, walks with a walker, has severe memory deficits and needs assistance with all of her daily activities. The staff are well trained, all are very caring and patient and the Activity Staff are very creative with programming and keeping the residents engaged. I would highly recommend this facility to any family looking for a small home like place for their loved ones with memory impairments.

My sweet best friend recently needed memory care and we chose Vista Gardens. It was a hard and emotional decision to move her from her home but the staff at the community made it easier! We chose it because it has a resort feel when you walk in the front doors. It also has a big beautiful park, even with a putting green! My bestie was an avid golfer so we thought she’d enjoy it! Upon moving her in, the team was so supportive and friendly. They took pride in caring for her from her appearance to her lifestyle activities even after her health declined. There were many places we could visit with her where we all felt comfortable. Her grandkids loved the park with playground! I highly recommended this memory care! It was a great experience for us.

The level of care is top notch. And as things progress (increase in level of care) Mom can just change buildings but be at the same place. I gave the food a 3 but I understand the need for no salt, no spices, no flavor. That is truly the only downside. Mom has had 2 issues since moving there and both were handled professionally and quickly. No complaints from me.
