Facility is very clean Friendliness and helpfulness of management and staff is wonderful Apartment size is adequate and reasonable. I do wish the bath was connected to bedroom. Amenities are perfect. Location is extremely convenient. Property is well maintained.

Beautiful, clean facility with great food and a caring staff

Mom has been at Somerby for 9 days so far. And our experience has been 5star. The sales director, [name removed] was wonderful to work with from the very beginning and still helpful when I need her. My experience with [name removed], who helped us get situated from the point of sale until move in was also great! Mom seems to be getting good care though there is still confusion or uncertainty about when certain services like bathing, sheet changing will be regularly scheduled and performed. Hopefully that will improve with time. The in-house RN that is serving as my moms's primary care provider (offered through Somerby, but an outside service) has also been great! She likes the food, has been very busy attending activities and enjoys the other residents she has met.

Due to changing circumstances this is the third continuous care retirement community I have lived in and it is the best. I would give it 5 stars. The entire property, inside and out, is well maintained. The choices on food are varied and of high quality. There are plenty of activities for residents participation and the staff is friendly. The nature of the current executive director is largely responsible for the positive vibe and she is not above personally helping dining wait staff when there is a need. I should also mention the facility is well-located, close to medical and grocery outlets. There is an abundance of spacious common areas and the apartment sizes are varied. My wife recently moved into a memory care unit and the staff an activities in that area are of high quality.

I would absolutely give five stars across the board. This was the perfect place for my mother to stay while we were building our home. From day one, everyone was exceptional. The residents were incredibly warm and welcoming, and the staff went above and beyond in every way. They showed genuine kindness and compassion toward my mom, which meant more to us than we can say. It gave our entire family such peace of mind knowing she was not only being cared for, but truly cared about. I would wholeheartedly recommend this community to anyone looking for a safe, loving, and supportive place for their parent.

The facility is maintained very well. The staff is very courteous and helpful. They are very quick to respond to an emergency situation.

Very nice communities for seniors Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Lilac Trace Memory Care. The staff are very welcoming, pleasant and professional. The amenities are well done and facilities are well attended for maintenance and cleanliness. The dining menus and food services are thought out with several options. Our introductions and tour with [name removed], [name removed], and [name removed] were great.

We’d give everything a 5! We’re thrilled with the care she’s receiving and how she’s made new friends. She participates in activities every day and has truly blossomed—she’s a completely different person now! While it is expensive, we feel it’s absolutely worth it. There are so many activities to choose from, and the communication from staff is excellent.

Wonderful and conscientious staff! Very responsive and informative. Sweet, patient, consistent care giving. Calls with health updates in very timely manner. Excellent menu and customized choices if requested.

I walked in without an appointment in [name removed] was very helpful. Took me around gave me a tour of the facility and explained everything to me in great detail. We are still making decisions, but this is definitely a place. I could see taking my father. Thanks [name removed]! And staff were all friendly

I admit to being hesitant about touring a memory care facility. I had no idea what to expect. What I found was a bright, clean, cheerful place, well organized and filled with smiling employees who spoke to everyone, and spoke kindly. I was impressed by the personalized care for those in various stages of dementia, as well as the secure environment . I did not have the opportunity to observe much in the way of activities, but I did see the delight of the ladies at the beauty shop! My guide was well informed and helpful, interested in finding what I needed more than pushing me in a direction. I would have no hesitation now about putting my loved one there. I know he would be safe, comfortable, and treated well by people who care.

Somerby works great for me and my wife, so I would I recommend it

What we like the most about the community - 1) The staff was caring and always attentive. 2) the facility had good food and a dining room that was open 7am - 7pm 3) the studio rooms were spacious enough for one person.

I would give a 5 on all 8 categories. The Grande is beautiful and the staff is great! I feel very lucky that they were able to accommodate my dad. He is very happy! They are always available to answer any questions. Very attentive to the needs of residents and family members

I was looking for a safe placement for my brother with dementia. Camellia Place at Summer Village is a lovely, very health-oriented, professional, comfortable and welcoming community. It is perfect for my brother and he was excited to become a resident there. Staff is clearly competent and caring; more importantly they are present everywhere.

Woodbridge has a lot to offer. They are very patient and caring. If you're looking for a place for your loved one...Woodbridge is excellent. My sister isn't fitting in but she's very dependent on me. I'm hoping with more to time ,she will. For other's tho this is a very nice community

We chose them because of the ratings, cost and location. They turned out to be amazing! We loved the staff and admin. We would recommend.
