This was the best that I have seen so far.

This building is infested with bed bugs and cockroaches. It lacks dependable maintenance. My air conditioner leaks water so bad and I could not get it repaired so I purchased a dishpan and bucket to collect the water and pour it out. I am shopping for another place to live.

Nice neighbors but the hallways and elevator carpet is filthy. Doesn’t look like it’s been cleaned the whole pandemic. Community has potential but you can tell it’s not being well maintained. Better management is needed. I wish this site would let me post pictures

The apartment itself was not cleaned very well & the heat/AC also did not work very well, has rodents (mice), and considering all of that and that they demand payment for the year upfront, was not helpful, my sister in law desperately trying to find new housing...again

7 months ago- My mom loves living in this area but they are raising the rent so high, it really makes it unbearable. I'm starting a tenant association so this won't keep happening to senior citizen housing. It's a shame that they keep increasing on people with fixed budgets so high. Someone needs to have a voice for the voiceless! Now we are dealing with a rodent issue that has not been addressed effectively. Also the once senior housing has now changed with families living on the property, with no formal legal notification given. [name removed]the manager instead of helping is complaining, stating that me voicing concerns on this platform is as she stated "doing the most". Very unprofessional and disheartening to hear. Taking advantage of a class of people that can't easily up and move is sad. I have reached out to corporate a few times and have received no call back. This is the only reason I have no choice but to voice my concerns on this platform.

There is no security. No on site management. No reception. Non-residents enter at any time without restrictions. Children & adults have moved in with some elders. Cleanliness is lacking in public spaces. Maintenance staff does poor and sloppy repair work, and expects additional payment for any work performed in resident's apartment. There are no care services. There are no meals & dining. Activities have been sporadic since 2018.

I lived @ House of Westminster from Aug 17-Jan 19. My first year was nice. The year of 2018, all the carpets in the place had stopped being shampooed & deep cleaned. Many undesirables were allowed to move in & their family abused our Activity room. It became slum landlord living. This past winter the heat was programmed to stay @ 69 degrees which deter residents from sitting in the lobby & TV room. Certain tenant’s apartments were never inspected for cleanliness, one tenant apartment always smelled like someone had died inside. Repairs took 9 months to be made with constant nagging. Property Mgr stop caring for residents & felt like we didn’t deserve anything nice. I became unbearable.
