Cardinal Ridge Residential Care

We chose Cardinal Ridge because of the proximity to my home and the team made us feel very comfortable. The staff all loved my moms dog and did everything they possibly could to make her feel at home. The room sizes at the facility are appropriate, but mom thought they were small. I would absolutely recommend to others looking.

This was the last place we visited and we almost didn't go! Everything was very nice and the decision was very difficult. The people were great and the size of the place was just right. The determining factor was actually the fact that a resident is from Germany and so is my mother so I thought that would make her feel even more at home!

We knew this community would be a good fit for my mother, all the staff is friendly, caring and they care about their work and they like being there. The community has a very home like feeling to it. My mother is in a wheel chair and the staff does encourage her and assist her so she can be a part of the activities and she enjoys joining the other residents in the dining area. The food is great. This has been a good fit for my mom.

I would highly recommend Cardinal Ridge Residential. I live in California, the Administrator Karen Bain and her staff are always very helpful when I call and ask question regarding my mother.

We chose Cardinal Ridge because of the convenient location as well as the smaller size of the facility. They have been short staffed recently but all in all we love it there and would recommend to others.

I was impressed at how cozy and homelike the facility was. [Removed] was wonderful and answered all of my questions. I really liked what they had to offer; I do have a few more questions to ask but since we are not in a hurry and still have a few more places to look at, I will ask those questions at a later time. Cardinal Ridge is definitely a place to consider.

The information provided in website is not accurate. They do not provide two person transfer. They give out medications, not always correctly. There is a new director as of spring 2020. They have big staff turnover and seem to have lost their compassion for residents.
