Carefield Memory Care is a wonderful facility! The staff is amazing…everyone from the front desk greeting to the gentle care that the caregivers give to the residents. Before Carefield my Mom was at different place…I have to tell you there is no comparison. My Mom is now happy and well taken care of. I would recommend Carefield to any one that has a loved one. You will be able to sleep at night knowing they are in great loving hands.

They do a great job there! They have everything they need at this facility, staff are great, they seem to like the food. Staff are very helpful with the residents when they need help. They do a good job communicating with the families also! The room sizes are a little small, especially if they are going to stay here for a while, it's hard to bring all the comforts of home.

Highly recommend Carefield of Pleasanton. The staff and the food are outstanding and world class.

My father-in-law was hospitalized for falling at his house and I've had to take charge in looking for somewhere for him to go and be safe. I found Park Visalia online and realized I'd driven by it many times but didn't know it was an assisted living home. It was so pretty and big on the inside and the young lady at the front desk named [name removed] was the sweetest thing ever. We still have a long road to recovery but we will choose this place when the times comes.

I toured multiple places when I was looking for somewhere for my mom to live and this one was the best. The entire staff has been amazing since she moved in, they truly care about everyone's wellbeing and take the time to get to know everyone on a personal level. I've also had several meals here and the food is always amazing with multiple options for every meal. This is the happiest I've seen my mom in a long time, I'm very grateful that I found Park Visalia.

Placing my mom in assisted living at Carefield Castro Valley was one of the best decisions we have made. All residents are treated with respect and the staff truly cares about the well being of the residents.

Park Visalia was an answer to prayer for our friend whom had no family and a need to live with extra care for safety & health reasons. We visited another facility of which he was very disappointed. When we visited here he Sao… “this is what I imagined! I love it!” Staff is kind and patient. Facility is clean and beautiful. He even gets to have his precious service dog. Is recommend it for your loved ones.

Upon every arrival our welcomes are always greeted grandly by upbeat happy smiling friendly staff members. Our impression is the home is greatly & pridefully cared for...smells amazing, looks amazing... nothing or anyone out of place! So Professionally Run! Glad my parents call Madonna Home! I wanted to express my gratitude and appreciation for the warm welcome we experienced during our recent tour of the facility. The staff's friendly demeanor and hospitality made a lasting impression on my mother and me. In particular, the lunch we enjoyed was exceptional, with two options on the menu from which to choose. Our selection was the salmon, which was thoroughly enjoyable. We were also impressed by the chef's enthusiasm and professionalism in introducing himself to us. Although my mother and I ultimately chose another facility, it was due to our situation being on a waiting list at the time, and not because of any shortcomings in the service or amenities offered by your facility. The community was indeed our first choice.

I would rate Madonna Gardens as a 5 in each of the seven categories you listed. [name removed] was essential in my choosing Madonna Gardens for my wife. She was very helpful in answering my questions to insure that my wife would be happy. My tells me every day that she loves being there. The staff is very friendly and caring.

The outdoor spaces are equally impressive, offering a peaceful environment where residents can enjoy fresh air and nature in a safe, enclosed area. What truly sets Park Visalia apart is the compassionate and skilled staff. The caregivers go above and beyond to provide personalized care, taking the time to understand each resident’s unique needs and preferences.

I was invited for a lunch tour because I am looking to place my dad somewhere. We were greeted by so many of the staff and people who live there and everywhere was so nice. The food was way better than I would have expected and it felt like we were in a restaurant. The head chef even came out and introduced herself to us. This place was impressive for sure.

We have seen staff members from all departments take the time to talk to the residents rather than rush about doing their jobs. The front desk is always so welcoming and helpful. The lifestyle team is fantastic. The male lifestyle member’s laugh brightens the room and we love it when he sings with the residents. The new director has been a great addition to their team. We have seen such a change in the community. Everything looks elegant, clean, and we enjoy seeing the door decorations they create during their craft programs.

This has been one of the cleanest communities I have seen and been to while visiting. The staff is extremely friendly, and truly care about the residents. I would highly recommend touring the beautiful community, as checking out there large and well maintained Courtyard- something you don’t see in senior communities often! Also the food is so yummy and seems really nutritious.

Very caring and honest personel. Great food. Lovely court yard. Gourmet food, and happy residence. The young staff keeps things lively.

The Park Visalia location was close to my home. Nursing staff played close attention to the behavioral changes that took place when my husband's condition changed and needed medical care. We would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had.

I wish I could have convinced my mom to move here a year ago. She would have been much happier, with all the staff attention, activities, and meeting new people. It would have made her life so much more enriched at the end of life experience. I cry every day because I miss my mom so much. My tiny mom, such a strong, independent, beautiful woman.

Park Visalia was a wonderful choice and experience for my father, who has now passed. Their workers were amazingly kind and attentive. They were so patient and helpful. Dad loved it and them. We would highly recommend. Park Visalia community to other families.

Staff goes out of their way to comfort care and let family know when issues arise. Community is inviting and safe for clients and family.
