I recently visited a family member at this facility and [name removed] helped us through our journey. [name removed] is a very friendly and sweet. Individual was very welcoming since this was my first time ever going & seeing my grandma in such a state. he really put my mind at ease. It was very funny! The place was very clean and relaxed. You can tell everyone here enjoys their job.

We give them a 5 they are very helpful with the seniors and have a great attitude towards them. I do recommend them and I want to to let you know that it also has been fully renovated - very nice place.

I attended the annual holiday party last week and it was amazing. It was fun & I enjoyed the facility. The staff seem to be very caring and attentive. Seemed like the residents felt at home. The environment was welcoming & very clean. Will definitely be referring my friends & family to Chapters Living of Carmel.

I recently toured this facility, looking for a good place for my mother to stay. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. All my questions and concerns were answered with confidence and no hesitation. Every room and dining area were very clean and the residents all seemed happy (which speaks volumes to me)

Although I am motorized wheelchair bound, I have full access everywhere in this facility - including the beautiful courtyard in the summer, where we also have a garden area and fun cookouts (complete with bubbles and sometimes squirt guns!). The staff takes the time for a chat, will listen to my concerns, and are always very helpful to me. Bingo is the highlight of the week, but I have many friends playing other games and working projects. A good place to be.

Wonderful facility great place for Mom, recommend them for assisted living . The staff has been so wonderful, helpful. Looked at a lot of facilites, this one is close. To our home. Looked at other facilities and the staff and company have been so accommodating. Mom enjoys her friends and [name removed] in activities very fun for her.

I truly enjoy working at Chapters of Carmel. It is a workplace that values compassion, teamwork, and quality care. The environment is supportive, well-organized, and focused on doing what is best for both residents and families. Being part of a team that genuinely cares makes coming to work meaningful and rewarding. I would especially like to recognize [removed name] for her outstanding leadership and dedication. [removed name] is knowledgeable, compassionate, and always willing to help. She leads with kindness, professionalism, and integrity, and she consistently goes above and beyond for both residents and staff. Her support, guidance, and willingness to step in when needed make a huge difference in our daily work. Chapters of Carmel is fortunate to have Debbie Thames, and I am grateful to be part of a team that reflects such high standards of care and leadership.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Chapters of Carmel. From the moment we walked in, the staff made our family feel welcomed, supported, and truly cared for. The environment is warm, professional, and filled with compassion, which brought our family so much peace during an important time. She took the time to understand my father’s needs and treated him with dignity, respect, and genuine care. Her compassion and dedication made a difficult situation much easier for our family, and we are deeply grateful for everything she did to help him. Chapters of Carmel is truly blessed to have someone like [removed name] on their team. This is my home, my family. Living here isn’t like being in a facility, it is like being home with lots of brothers and sisters. Everyone cares, the entire staff. The amenities are wonderful. We have an active social life here. We play several games during the week ( with prizes)! We do have outings, at least two a week and they are so enjoyable. We go shopping, we go out to eat, and sometimes we go to the casino! The activity director goes out of her way to make us all feel like we are family. I feel there is something here for everyone and you won’t be sorry if you join our family. I think you would be happy here and I think your family would feel comfort in knowing you are here in a place like this, with loving people who care.

My Dad has been here for 8 years. He has been satisfied with his care. The staff has been very friendly and helpful. The activity director does a nice job with the residents. She takes them on shopping outings, Plays lots of games and prizes. They seem to try and improve on meal plans always asking what they would like to change.

My dad has been a resident for a few years and from the moment we took a tour we felt like everyone was family. My dad loves it here and we have been at several facilities that claim to be great and from the outside look great but to actually be a great place is to actually be and do what you say in your tour / website! [name removed] the cook is fantastic , my dad has a very unique allergy and he has made it to where he can eat, practically anything. The nursing staff gets a 5 star rating . This is the only place I have felt safe leaving my dad!! He has Alzheimer’s and is treated with dignity and respect and patience. The facility is clean and always has fun activities geared to all residents. [name removed] the activity director is always creating a fun atmosphere. [name removed] the Director of nursing and the rest of staff work as a team to care for our loved one’s individual needs. Communication is top notch too. I personally give this facility 10 stars.

My wife has been in the Memory Care Unit for over two years now and I am optimistic that the recent acquisition by Chapters Living will continue build upon the many reasons that I brought her to this facility in the first place. So far I am certainly encouraged with the new leadership team from Chapters as they appear very committed to ensuring that the engagement of the staff, and most importantly, the care of the residents is better than most senior living facilities.

Chapters of Canton is working out very well. They are kind & helpful. Kind to the people living there. I highly recommend this facility to other families looking.

The staff are great. They're very attentive and also very good at keeping family updated.

My mother has actually thrived since going into Chapters. She has received excellent care. The facility is always clean and cheerful. U have visited her many time at day and night and she is well cared for at all times. I do feel the meals could be better perhaps. I believe they strive to make patient lives the best they can.

5 for all. My only complaint is the process of communicating with staff or memory care. The procedure requires leaving a message and waiting for a call back. I have waited 3 days before for a call back. I can't just call memory care and ask how my dad is and get immediate feedback.

I recently toured Addington Place and was blown away by the friendliness of the staff, the beautiful community and smiling residents. I think my mother will love it! We know a few people who live there already and are very pleased.
