Comfort Care Home Care Assistance

All the ladies that helped me were great. I'd have any of them back again when needed. The office staff were also great and very helpful. This was my first time having help into my home, and I will call Comfort Care again if I need someone.

Owner and staff express concern for safety and happiness of your loved one. They are you responsive to your requests and look to place a caregiver with your family member who can meet their needs but also be a companion.

Mom's caregiver is great. Even my siblings love her! Easy to get ahold of by phone and yes, we would recommend Comfort Care Home services to other families who may need them for their loved one.

The owner was great at listening to our needs and matching us with a great caregiver. I would highly recommend their home care services to anyone looking.

The bosses were easy to talk to and quick the respond to phone calls or emails.

They are very accommodating in sector changes and things like that. Caring, cleaning, cooking has been top-notch. The workers treat my aunt like family.

We had a positive experience with Comfort Care Home Care of Grosse Pointe. It was an excellent value and the staff were easy to communicate with.

Mom has Alzheimer's, and the caregiver always does their best to get my mom motivated and to eat properly. All of the caregivers we have had through them are great. We are grateful for Comfort Care.

What we like the most about Comfort Care is the live in care and we would definitely recommend their services to other families.

This facility has been great. They send me a healthcare worker named [name removed] and she has a godsend. Goes above and beyond! So happy to have her. Everyone I've talked to has been very friendly and responsive

On first visit, the scheduler and owner came out and interviewed us for our needs. They stuck to the plan and the billing was also very simple. Easy invoices to send to my long term care provider. All the caregivers were very nice and always a few minutes early daily. The owner/staff send me monthly schedules and let me know if anyone was going to be late or couldn't make it. My aunt/uncle were very happy with the care and feel connected to them. I would recommend them to others as I feel the job they are doing is great and helps the family immensely.

[name removed] has successfully 'won over my mom' who admittedly was a very difficult oldster prior to [name removed]'s patience, understanding, humor, and conscientiousness. We couldn't be happier with her being mom's caregiver.

They were prompt, and provided everyone/ everything we needed. Friendly, likable staff. We started with 24 hour care! Great at communication, cleaning, laundry, cooking & most of all excellent care for mom. We would highly recommend them to anyone & everyone.

We love them. They try really hard to fill the positions. I know everyone in the care industry is having problems with staffing right now, and they've had a hard time getting people as well. But they've done the best they can and do a great job. Our caregiver is excellent - one of the best. She's dependable and kind. The staff are all really good and really nice. When I call, they answer the phone and are on top of things. It's an excellent value, and I'd definitely recommend them.

So impressed with the company I hired the first person they came out with. She has already spent 4 hours with my husband. We're looking forward to her coming one day a week

Simply "OUTSTANDING"... if there was a greater word then I would submit it. Beyond pleased with [Removed] assistance and counsel in making very difficult decisions. The in home care person [Removed] is an angel indeed.

This is a great service and we were very pleased that they were able to get us in home care as soon as needed. The staff was always understanding to the needs we had. The caretaker was not what we wanted and this was not a good first-time experience for us. It was not the staff, we would use the service again if needed for in-home care.

Comfort Care provided great service. Dad is no longer living in his home so service was discontinued.

I like the staff from this helpful service. They were able to help us get someone to come and help as soon as needed. The care takers are now very helpful with the needs of my mom and we have had in the past a few care takers that did not have the training for what we needed. We do not have a few care takers that are very good with the needs for lifting which is very important. My opinion that they need to make sure that they can do what is needed. I would recommend this service to other families

I like the service for getting someone to come to my home for care for my husband. The staff found us someone to help with the personal care needed for my husband. We like that she is willing to help with some household responsibilites and that really helps me. My husband does like the care that he is receiving. We would recommend this service and the care taker to other families.
