Complete Care Management

The staff was really great, the place was clean but could be brighter and the rooms were adequate. I would most definitely recommend them to others who are searching for care for their loved one.

The facility is always clean and the staff is caring. My mom is happy there.

What most impressed me was the cleanliness and security when entering this building. Greeted with a genuine hello and smile. Direction given to use system upon entering and location of loved one. How staff respected each other with words and actions which in turned shows in caring for their patients. If staff happy all benefit. Thank you for all you do.

As a nurse, I wanted my mom to be placed in a facility that had good nurses and overall care. I was blown away by how attentive the staff are, how kind and caring they all are. Even the support staff and the admissions team was very friendly and explained all the details of her admission. My mom likes the food and all the activities. It’s clean and bright and airy, and she’s very happy there.

The food and activities could be better. But the staff couldn't be nicer and they treated [name removed] wonderfully. And the care he received was good. My family and I really had good feelings about the place.

My husband who has dementia was well cared for. Good food, great staff, clean. Lovely, safe facility. They treated all of our family like family. He was only there for two weeks respite care but I would not hesitate to use this facility again.

My husband was admitted to rehab care at the Groton Regency on[date removed], he was there for almost 3 months. I do not know a lot about the day staff because 90% of the time I went to see him at night after work. What I witness is an exceptional, experienced staff; the standouts were [name removed], [name removed]and [name removed](sp?). The employee that I saw and delt with the most was [name removed]. He was attentive, knowledgeable and very, very kind. He was not like this with just my husband, but all the patients in his care at night. Anything that came up that needed attention, he was right on it. I hardly ever write reviews, but this one needed to be written. Thank you, night staff, the Groton Regency is fortunate to have you. Thank you, [name removed]!

There are not enough kind words to describe our experience. The Administrator [name removed] runs a beautiful facility. Her staff go above and beyond to make each resident comfortable. The food has been delicious. The suites are cozy and well cared for. My Mom is adjusting to Assisted Living due to the excellent care provided. Having worked many years in healthcare I recognize the effort the professional staff are putting into my Mothers care. I highly recommend this beautiful facility.

The whole staff is gracious. They make the visitors feel like they are at home as well. The cafe is neat and provides delicious coffee, tea, juices and snacks when visiting the residents there. Everyone has a smile and very polite.

Complete Care Whispering Woods was only two miles from my mother's house, was very well kept, and reasonable in price. All of the employees were very professional and kind to my mother.

The community is very clean and every time we come to visit the people are very friendly and they seem to loved our brother. We have seen no red flags as of yet. Our loved one tends to be a very picky eater but he just loves the food. Our loved one is not always a joiner but they do have different board games and a musician that comes in once or twice a week.

Whenever I went to visit my mother it was always very clean. I was very happy with the staff. You do have to be on top of your loved one's care, but they do seem to do well for the most part. It seemed like they did have enough activities available. We definitely felt like this community was a good value for price.

My mom has lived there over 2 years now. The staff cares for the residents as if they are their own family. This is a Alzheimer facility that understands how to treat people with this type of disease. All rooms are single occupant so no worries about getting along with a roommate. The activities there geared around the residents needs.

The staff at this community have provided my loved one with lots of comfort and care. The dinning experience as well as the food they serve have been wonderful as well. The bedrooms are kept clean and the building is always well maintained. I am very pleased with this place and would recommend it to any families looking for additional care.

Groton regency retirement is a hidden gem. They are slowly redoing rooms and the general Spaces are pretty classy. The staff is amazing and the entire place is uplifting. Most of they're staff has been there 10 years or so.

Overall I think Whispering Knoll is a very nice place! It's clean, well kept, and they take great care of their residents. They also do a good job with the food! I've had the chance to eat there a few times and I've never been disappointed.

So far, the facility and the workers are truly amazing. But, for the price our loved ones are paying to stay there, I think it's time to do something about the food, it is disgusting and presentation is not pretty. You're getting a LOT of money for these patients to be there, and, they don't want to be there, but most of them have no choice, so why don't you spend a little more money and give these people better food, since that's all they have to look forward to, on a daily basis, in your facility.
