Connect55 Plus

I gave it to them 5+. The experience so far so good, this place is well maintained and clean, people are friendly and respectful so does there administrator staff, they have different type of activities, for what I pay for is well worth it, people just needs to respect and follow the community rules. Connect 55 and East Windsor is very quiet place. They have a different price on every unit is depends on what you're looking for, washer dryer in each unit are included dishwasher, it's only the light bill hot water. It's included with the rent. Basic cable also included inside the building of connect 55 they have a theater Yoga room game in different activities. Pets are welcome however if your pet is emotional support, feel welcome to bring a paperwork with you so you don't have to pay $[removed] per month per pet

I love the place and I am fitting in well! The people are very nice and it is a great place to call home.

There isnt a dining experience on the property...they have outings to different eateries. I like the size of my 2 bdrm and 1 bath. They have activities daily for the residents and sometimes outside entertainment comes in.

I would send any family member to Connect 55. Staff is so thoughtful and creative with events, tenants are friendly and apartments are large and very well kept.

Our activities director is awesome, I wish I had her energy! And our manager always makes herself available to help with anything or just to chat. And our maintenance guy takes care of our needs quickly. We are a fun group! In fact, we had a summer fun day and our activities director and handyman were the "victims" of the dunk tank. We all had many belly laughs watching each other. I Iike it here

My apt suites me fine. People are friendly and manage is very helpful. There are several activities every day to keep mind a body busy. I’ve met a number of residents since I arrived. They have all been friendly and very helpful. No more going up and down the stairs to do my wash. I have a washer and a dryer right here in my apartment. Wonderful.

I was at the lowest point in my life and [name removed] helped me through each phase. I never felt alone. Every time I called, she answered. There are hundreds of moms out there waiting for [name removed]to call them

A year ago I liked the staff and the person that gave me the tour was nice and helpful. The facility seemed nice and is close to a lot of stores and restaurants. The people that lived here were very nice too.

I love it here! Everyone is fantastic. Apartment sizes are great with lots of room! The only thing I would change is to have a bigger closet. I would recommend this facility to anyone looking.

My sister is so excited to be there! Everyone is so friendly and kind and lots of great activities. She is delighted to be there and likes everyone she's met, they're all friendly, and loves all the activities

Always make sure to speak to any staff about inago the app. And cashier checks. The apartment sizes are very nicely sized. Having a dryer and washing machine in the apartment spares me from going to any coin laundromat and spending hrs waiting and watching over my clothes to wash and dry and not find other people's stuff in the washer or dryer I chose at a laundromat. Having a microwave, refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher with a sink is beyond nice.

We are thrilled to be here. After we saw the place, which we love, we were in here in less than 2 weeks. The apartments are brand new and beautiful. We are very happy here. There are tons of activities and a great community of people that live here. I would recommend this facility to everyone.

I am not at the LaVista Connect 55+ but I am at the Connect55+on 72nd street of Omaha I love it here. I came here and I was using a walker and or cane and now about 2 months later I am not using either one. People are so friendly here, a lot of activities. We have exercised every morning except weekend. We have Potlucks, cook offs, silent actions, bingo and many other card and board games. We have Church every Sunday and one every other Wednesday morning and we have bible study at night. We had a Valentine breakfast, and they try to have a breakfast once a month. There is enough to keep you busy here and it is such a pleasure and honor to be able to live here. [name removed] and [name removed] are wonderful people to work with and they are always checking us to see if there is anything they can do for us. I can't say enough good things about Connect 55+. It is wonderful here. I am so glad that [name removed]is a pleasure, she checks in on me to see how it is going here and if I am doing, I love her

Our mom moved from her own home to be near family in an independent living apartment here. Staff & residents have been friendly. It's a large apartment complex & our mom is unable to walk it to get her mail or pkgs or do activities. We are investigating getting a mobility scooter for her. Apartments are spacious. She has a balcony, full kichen & in unit washer/dryer. Grab bars in shower, large enough for a shower chair but not a walk in. U must be able to step up 5 inches to shower. Not all units have handicap height toilet, request it. Doors are wide, handles are levers. Basic cable & trash are included. Maintenance has been responsive with fixing a large window leak & plumbing problems. Mom's entrance to building does not have a handicap button to open exits leaving mom trapped if noone around. Fire doors are challenging but doable. Garages may be rented & onsite parking lot is available. Complex is near medical services. Overall mom is happy with Elkhorn Connect 55.

I was attracted to them because of the fact that each apt is brand new and hopefully the pretty grounds will remain clean. I would recommend to others.

We chose this facility because of the price as well as the very friendly management. They are very slow with any maintenance requests and somewhat unresponsive at times.

I feel very lucky to have found Connect 55. The administrative staff is great. They work hard to meet all your needs. The activity coordinator publishes on a monthly basis, a full calendar of events . , their dog iis always some kind of social event . And if you have an idea for an activity./event, all you have to do is ask and they will try and set it up for you. There are three different size apartments. I live in a one bedroom I’ve got enough space for me and my little pup. Yes, they are pet friendly,too. Stop by and visit. It won’t take you long to see what I mean..

All would be a five. Can't say about food because her meals are not needed or provided. It is by far the nicest place we looked at for my mom. Staff always gets back to you with any questions right away. The facility is immaculate inside and out. Always tons of activities to do. All of the residents that we've met have all been so kind and welcoming to my mom. We feel very safe with her there and the security to get into the building. Would like to get her security set up on her phone but they said it's currently not working. [name removed] in the office is one of the most patient people I've ever met. She's so sweet with the residents!

Welcoming. I have no complaints at this moment. There is a peace of mind living in this community. The apartments are spacious and they an outside cleaning service that cleans the main areas of the facility and you have your own laundry inside and there is an extra laundry room for larger items. There is a larger community room for activities and an library. You also have a garage space for a fee.

Great people. Very independent but they have a lot of gatherings all the time. They have activities for the renters almost every day. And they have daily workout. You are truly independent but still have the option to interact with the other renters. They have a great commons area. The size of her apartment is just right for her. However we know there are apartments that have tubs/shower where you have to step over. A place like that should t have those. My mother in law has a shower she steps right into. Nice balconies
