A year ago I liked the staff and the person that gave me the tour was nice and helpful. The facility seemed nice and is close to a lot of stores and restaurants. The people that lived here were very nice too.

Always make sure to speak to any staff about inago the app. And cashier checks. The apartment sizes are very nicely sized. Having a dryer and washing machine in the apartment spares me from going to any coin laundromat and spending hrs waiting and watching over my clothes to wash and dry and not find other people's stuff in the washer or dryer I chose at a laundromat. Having a microwave, refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher with a sink is beyond nice.

I enjoy living at Connect55+. Everyone is very friendly here. There are a lot of activities you can do if you choose or you can do your own thing. The apartments are very nice. I’ve only lived here a short time but I extremely happy that I moved here.

Family likes this community because of the calendar that comes out monthly, describing the activities each day. They look through it and decide which would be fun, or helpful, or social. I like their input. They do not have meal service, but no one seems to care. If they served meals, I would definitely eat way more than I need, and I like the freedom. They have kitchen facilities for our use if we decide to cook a meal for family. AND We love the facilities. They have space for dancing, indoor exercise programs, morning coffees, craft shows, etc. The residents that have lived here a while are quite active once they learn what is available.

More value and personal choices than most. Nice apartments and affordable. The only place found that offered what I was looking for. Some of the other places were actually very frightening.

We have been without any general management off and on for a couple of months. The residents are wonderful. Activities are varied and enjoyable. We don't have food service but we do have a lot of pot luck dinners. At present we don't have any staff at this location. We have new staff starting [date removed]. Cleanliness is average and some residents have maintenance problems. The cost to live here is very affordable compared to other independent facilities . I would suggest that one would see if the management of the facility or any facility be checked before making a decision.

We have a staff turnover every month or two. They could improve by fixing the repairs needed such as the roof leaks.

Facility is cheaper than living in a facility that also has assisted living and serves meals. Some of us are not at that point yet. There was a push to fill the facility and a lot of incentives were offered. Now that we are almost full we don't know what changes ownership plans to make. The immediate staff of 3 are wonderful. Residents enjoy the activities and friendships made. However ownership is making changes regarding activities, and residents have little information. We anticipate more changes. I guess if I'd been wiser, I'd looked into who owned the facility, how they treated staff and residents and if the owners paid the expenses on time . A few are looking to move when their lease is up. There just aren't that many places where it is just independent living like we have.

I left before my contract was up, but I paid my contract out. It's a horrible place. I left back in July because of wise deception in the way they treat people I was told my apartment was rented because they wanted me to move to a bigger apartment that cost more money, but they thought they had me to make me to move, but I was already mad. I didn't have a contract nor had I signed a paper that said I was leaving my apartment so when she said she already rented my apartment that I was currently renting from underneath me I said that's fine. I'm not mad, but I'm not still not taking the other apartment because she would never give me a contract to the new apartment I was about to move into. I said you can keep both apartments I'm done. She didn't know quite what to do. I left then come to find out she has lied. She'd never rented out at my apartment And where I had messed up. I didn't get anything in writing so therefore I was stuck paying the rent I ended up getting her fired, but I'm the one that ultimately paid the price now in regards to other items of business anything that needed to be fixed like the roof or the drive way never fixed items falling off the wall and I'm speaking about the outside. I got hit in the back by one of the bricks so I never sit outside on my porch again again it's just a horrible place to live. Do you need anything else? I wanna know anything else about the place I wouldn't recommend it to anyone not anyone what I recommend to live there we have went through four or five managers in less than a year that should tell you something.
