This Memory Care is dedicated only to Dementia Care and the care is with dignity and caring. Activities are well planned and as inclusive as possible for various level of need. If you think Music is Therapy, then this is the best place you can find. All the staff seem to be collaborative and help each other, which translates into better care and a happier environment for staff, families, and residents. I’m glad we finally found this “home” filled with Love and caring.

Super friendly staff! They're always very communicative without being overwhelming, and anytime there has been an issue with my dad (injury, fall, stress, etc) they let me know immediately.

It was very helpful to get written information on multiple memory care facilities and eliminate a few without having to go to each one. Most definitely recommend.

Communication is excellent. On group thread with ED, assistant ED, and Director of Nursing. So we are all on the same page at all times. All are very compassionate and respectful.

I like the security measures to make sure the residents can't leave or get in other residents rooms. I would definitely recommend to others!

Residents were not in their rooms but out with others engaged in activities. Appreciated the whole person approach: physical, mental and spiritual components that affected their emotional well being. Staff seemed very engaged with residents. Also appreciated their organization and safety protocols that have been put in place. Their staff truly seemed to care about their residents.

Smooth transition & securely locked memory care facility. Accommodating staff. I would recommend it. Anyone who has a loved one with dementia needs a securely locked facility. Assisted living facilities with a memory care unit aren't securely locked.

When I had to make the difficult decision to place my mother in a Memory Care Facility, I toured several communities. The moment I walked into Grand Brook, I knew I had found her new home. The ENTIRE STAFF (everyone’s name deserves to be listed but I don’t want to accidentally leave anyone out) is truly exceptional—warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. From day one, I didn’t just put my Mother in a memory care facility; we become part of a family. My mother receives wonderful care, enjoys delicious meals (thank you Felicia) engaging and fun activities (you are a rock star Ruby) and she has made a few new friends (sweet Sandra).As family members, we also form our own circle of support, leaning on one another and looking out for each other’s loved ones. I am incredibly grateful for the love and dedication shown here, and I highly recommend Grand Brook to anyone searching for the very best memory care.

The biggest thing is my mom is actually better than she was going in, in terms of her anxiety, her fears, eating (she is slowly gaining some much-needed weight), even attending more to her own ADLs without specific direction. She enjoys the activities, especially going to daily devotions, and her regular table mates for meals. She has always been very social and talks a lot about having friends, after being so isolated at her home and when she was staying with a family member. Her health seems more solid with regular meals, hydration and physical activity. The best part for us, though, as my brother and I keep marveling: we get to be her kids again and enjoy more visiting with her instead of having to be her task masters/bosses/minders. I can't say every detail is perfect and we're still figuring some things out with the staff (and she is having to adjust to some residents' lack of personal boundaries) but we are so grateful for Grand Brook. She feels like people love and look out for her and she has much more confidence about her than we expected. Also, they welcome pets, and having her dog visit regularly is super good for her. Cleanliness is very satisfactory.

I was very impressed with the time they allotted to answer all my questions & tour the facility. Staff seemed very happy to be there, unlike other venues I’d visited. The facility has tried to capture some of the New Braunfels “feel” within the design, which I liked as well. Definitely a top contender for the needs we have at this time.

What we like the most about the community is that it is very clean, the rooms are nice and the personnel are very accommodating to the clients requests. Yes, we would recommend Grand Brook Memory Care to other families.

I cared for my wife for a little over five years. I knew in my heart that I could care for her for the duration of the journey. That changed rather abruptly over a four to six week period when she was no longer participating in my caring for her, where she resisted my assistance. We went from everything is kind of okay to crisis mode. The Lord knew we needed a change and had His hand in getting us into Grand Brook - Fishers, IN in about two weeks. Simply Amazing! Some of the things we liked most about this facility over the five others we toured includes: 1) privately owned, faith based business. 2) no price increases. We will be on the 2025 schedule for the duration of my wife’s stay. 3) Grace at Home primary care physician availability in her room 4) podiatrist availability in her room 5) basic furniture fundamentals available at no cost (bed with linens, etc., dresser and nightstand). 6) in facility physical therapy availability. 7) competent, friendly, caring staff.

My husband has been living at Grand Brook for a few months. I am impressed with the attentiveness of the staff and how helpful everyone has been with our questions and his care. I would not hesitate recommending the facility to anyone.

The best experience with the entire staff. Caregivers were so genuine, kind and gentle. Communication was timely and compassionate. Useful in helping me develop the care criteria I was needing.

Their truly caring attitude is great. They try to make it a personal situation with everyone. Welcoming to families vary cooperative. I feel comfortable that my husband is being well cared for mentally And physically. He is clean and well kept. I would recommend them to anyone.

We are in love with Grand Brook and their staff. We know our loved one is being loved on and cared for. We have been there since February and it is absolutely the right place for our loved one to be! I would rate all but the food as 5 and the food as 4 only because I personally would like to see more salads and fruit.

Communication is top tier! Also the staff have been so kind and attentive to my grandma. It’s clear they genuinely care about the residents, which gives our family so much peace.

Excellent place and staff. We had to leave because of medical issues. It is a very high-quality facility.
