I have been pleased from the start with Potomac Place. They worked with me in not only identifying an appropriate room for my dad. But also were flexible on the tinting. Likewise space decoding a resident, my dad has been pleased with their responsive to his concerns and for that I am so appreciate.

Potomac Place is a good facility for your parents. The nurses take great care of your loved ones, and will ensure that they are cared for. I appreciate them and am thankful.

Mom and dad are doing great at Potomac Place. They get great care from the staff and enjoy the special events. And Dad loved the spaghetti.

Potomac Place has been welcoming and a joy filled home for out mom. They helped with the transition and included her in activities. She loves having meals with friends in the dining room and we appreciate that she is well cared for when we can't be with her.

Having had my own company for most of my pre retired life I know how hard it is to find good people so I asked the director how do you attract so many Great people? Because let's face it, it's the quality of your people that make an organization! My Mom could hardly function in the Condo she was living in prior even with a nurse coming in daily and now she could probably live on her own but would never give up her place at POTOMAC PLACE!!

Staff are diligent to keep family contact up to date with any developments re health matters. Staff are persistent to make transition of new residents to be successful. Many have been there for years, so there is some continuity rather than the staff revolving door we experienced at other places. Housekeeping is responsive to needs. Communication with family is excellent, meals seem well planned and mom likes meals. Always get the sense of being welcome and mom likes the décor and staff. I definitely recommend based on one year experience. It is family, privately owned. That seems to make a difference on how they deal with staff and residents, and even family compared to a big corporation where leadership defaults to corporate rather than making a decision. We are very relieved that mom has adapted to her new home and appreciate the regular communication from care team and management.

My mother is currently a resident at Potomac Place and everything has been great for her at this facility so far. The staff is amazing and so kind and helpful. The building is always clean. The food is good. I would totally recommend Potomac Place to others looking for Assisted Living for their loved one.

What has made Potomac Place such a great experience so far is the great quality of care our loved one has received. Based on the experience we have had so far with this community we would absolutely 100% recommend them to other families.

5 stars across the board for Tall Oaks Assisted Living! I would tell other families looking into the facility that it feels like home and there is plenty of attention to the needs of my family. Good food. Confident staff. Compassionate.

My loved one likes the food a lot, and likes the food better than the last places. It's good value. The nurses are great but there have been some complaints with the CNA's. Overall, mangement has been really great.

The food is great. We like it very much but our loved one wants to go home, It's in a nice area, and close to a few shop, and a pizza place.
