They're very nice and helpful and held the room my dad liked until we could get him moved there. The room is a good size and the place is clean and orderly. My dad seems to really enjoy the food they serve. The best part of the whole place is that I feel safe having him there and he feels safe living there. He calls it his home now. I trust them to take good care of him and they do.

My mom loves having the crocheting group! Friendly and caring staff. Staff heard singing in the hall gospel music-very well! My mom loves the food and a lot of choices.

My uncle was well cared for there. I would say a 5 on all those categories, except a 4 on the food. He complained that it wasn't always hot enough. My uncle was always treated with respect and concern. No condescension or infantalizing. The admissions person we worked with (can't recall his name) was very helpful in the transfer to the facility from rehab, made sure my uncle was well informed about everything and comfortable once admitted. That staff member spoke warmly to me about him and seemed to genuinely like him. My uncle has severe hearing loss and everyone involved showed patience in communicating with him. On a side note, he is a career USAF Korean War combat veteran. In their lobby, Villa Pueblo has a wonderful display honoring veterans who have lived there. I'm a retired VA social worker, and this really warmed my heart.

My Dad was looking to downsize after an unexpected hospital stay. My Dad was still independent but we thought a community setting would be good for him. Dad liked the Pueblo Villa independent living option. He said the food is good and he’s found a group of friends to eat with. He was also able to fit his giant TV in the living room. We liked the view from the bar in the penthouse. The apartment also had a very large balcony. They have a small workout room and a library. They also provide transportation a few times a week for medical appointments and to go to the grocery store. Dad is very happy at Pueblo Villa.

Independent Living, but have ' care' provided for specific purposes. The meals etc are very good...kitchen sometimes has staffing issues which can present problems, but it is understandable and not frequent. There are a lot of activities for more sedentary folks...and transportation provided for scenic, educational day trips for our more active residents. Yes, building is old...built in early 60s and has it problems, but none have been critical. Inconvenient at most. Personally I think it's expensive for what we have....Nearly [fee removed] a month...but everything is provided....2 Meals a day, available laundry service for sheets/towels, housekeeping, all utilities...wifi extra thru TV service, maintenance for apartment issues. Solid concrete block....VERY Quiet! Never hear neighbors, or their TV. Or their dogs barking. Have bank, grocery store., Walgreens, Dollar General, two restaurants....one Mexican, the other Chinese, gas station... All across the street! Also transportation for medical appointments as well as to Walmart, Target, etc.

The staff is always helpful and cordial. The place is kept clean and the cafeteria is like a good restaurant and the food is really good for this type of facility. The move in process went very smooth and [Name removed] was very friendly and helpful. I can’t really think of anything that stands out as needing improvement that can be done with a facility like this.

I would recommend to others. I picked this community because of the price and quality.

I was totally satisfied with my mom's experience at the Villa. I rate all the above categories a 5. My mom was only at The Villa for two weeks while I went on vacation. She is 91 and has lived with me for one year. I was hoping she would like the friends she made and the social interaction since she was surrounded with people her own age. She did enjoy her stay there, however, at this time, she does not want to leave my home. I continue to encourage her to rethink moving permanently there. I will highly recommend The Villa to anyone interested in senior independent living.

Meals are excellent, much better than anticipated. It's a 60 year old building...so there are issues, but understandable and being rectified...Fun activities, beautiful Penthouse, rooms are spacious with an unbelievable amount of storage. Housekeeping/laundry is great....Kitchen is my only disappointment....I've had a motorhome with a larger refrigerator! Elec stove ( which I understand for safety reasons, but a learning curve for sure! With meals provided, they probably don't expect us to do much cooking! Price?? Yes, it's pricey...but what isn't? 3800 a month us tight....BUT! We don't have any property taxes, rental insurance is very reasonable, no utilities, not any significant grocery expenses. Medical transportation available as is per mile shuttle...and a free shuttle every Saturday to a variety of stores...Walmart, Kroger, the Mall, etc. I'm soooo glad I used APFM.... You've been awesome!

The community is very comfortable, and homey feeling. It was the community I liked the best and the cost was more affordable than others. They were always very kind to our family. The room sizes were pretty good and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this community

Great community for a loved one. The staff here bend over backwards to accommodate residents. Leadership is very compassionate and caring-- The admissions director, [name removed], is outstanding in communicating and understanding of the stress involved when placing a loved one in a new environment. Lots of positive energy here. Great location for family to visit and maybe relax outside under the covered porch or go for an outing.

We enjoyed our tour. Although I really liked this facility and what it offered, my mother in law thought it would be too confusing for her to get around. I don't think she liked that it was a tower with several floors.

My mother lives at the Villa Pueblo. She absolutely loves it and has made many good friends!. She is very happy there and has many opportunities to join in all the different activities. They have a beautiful dining room that she goes to eat her meals and has a choice of several different kinds of food. We have eaten there and the food is wonderful. Highly recommend the chicken fried steak dinner and the chocolate pie! One of all of our favorites. She has a beauty shop at her disposal and they also take the guest shopping a few times a week. She really enjoys getting out and doing that. The facility is lovely we had her 90th birthday there a few weeks ago in the penthouse she also had a party in the bistro and the staff helped us serve and it was lovely! It is so nice to see her happy and so excited about each day!

I like the care for my mom at this community. She likes that staff and the clean environment. The menu is appealing and she seems to be pleased with variety. They offer her to participate in the activity. We would recommend this community for the care of a loved one to other families.

I am so pleased with Brookdale Easley and my brother really enjoys living there. My brother has a studio apartment with a nice kictenette where he can eat his breatfast, then he gets two meals which are covered and he enjoys eating his lunch and dinner in the formal dining room with the covered tables and he says the food is great as well. There are all kinds of activities including pool tables which the admitting gal played a round of pool with my brother the day he was signed in at Brookdale Easley. We do pay extra to have his apt cleaned and his clothes washed but they do a fantastic job. We did have to buy some of the furniture and a TV for his apartment. Everything there is clean and air conditioned. They also have a covered patio with tables and chairs outside for the residenances to use. They make sure they keep an eye open and if the residences need help in their apt they are there to help them. They also have transportation for the residents so they can go to their doctor appointments and pick up their meds at Walmart as well as grocery shopping and they allow pets. Yes, I would highly recommend Brookdale Easley to my friends and family.

I have taken a lot of tours of many different communities and this one was by far the nicest out of all of them that I had seen. They had a beautiful property inside and out with an excellent floor plan that was wide open and easy for the residents to navigate. My uncle was just not ready to make the move at the time but I would defiantly recommend this place to anyone.

Very pleased with the facility and the administration and staff are wonderful. They are very helpful and true to their word! Very pleased and highly recommend Brookdale Easley!

They seem to have many activities at the community. I have been to a few with my mom. I got to hear a singer perform for an activity. I also ate here and we think the food is pretty good. The community is a clean place. The staff are very much respectful and kind. She is doing well and amazing at this community.

The staff are very good at Villa Pueblo Senior Living Community. The food is good and they have a variety of choices. The community is clean and well maintained. They are in the middle of updating the community. I would recommend this community.
