I toured five different communities and by far Prospect House was the most impressive Since I have moved in my life has changed. I've met a lot of new friends the food is wonderful and the courtyard is perfection.

I'm very happy. The only thing is that the staff puts away the wash cloths and hair washing caps (for dementia patients so they don't have to get in the shower). The problem is, she lies! My mom says she was bathed when she wasn't. I am forceful with her and insist I bath her. But when I cannot find the products, I typically do not have the time (or patience frankly) to go back and find them. The wash cloths and shower cap things are specifically made for bed ridden people, and they're much easier to use than getting her all wet in the shower. Other than that, I cannot find them. So, I would ask that the staff ensures that she is bathed.

It's a shame they don't take medicare or private insurance and are only private pay. What don't we like! Support staff are fantastic, facility is clean, food is great. We would recommend this community to other families.

Everyone is nice and welcoming. They made the process easy. They were very accessible. I would recommend it to others. My dad is happy and finds the food enjoyable.

Relocated my parents from AZ. Originally from NH, moved to AZ in 2005 and back to NH. They are 88/90 years old. Facility they were in was meh. Started good but steady decline. Sunapee Cove was super easy to deal with, made the relocation simple. Facility is clean bright and all right! Staff is wonderful. Attentive and quick to respond to questions, always have an answer and follow up. What else can you ask for? They have a 1000 sqft. 2 bedroom/2 bathroom suite that has a view of the lake. Excellent hospital is 6 miles away. Lots of restaurants nearby. Super Friendly, very attentive staff. Really a very nice place for my parents to be.

Absolutely fantastic. We moved our sister into her apartment there in late October 2025. The entire staff and volunteers without exception are wonderful. The one on one care and respect each client receives is remarkable. Our sister is always telling friends and family she feels like she is living at a resort. The monthly fee is a bit pricey but no more than other facilities. The only negative it's 100% private pay. Many places are private pay for at least 2 years and then will accept Medicaid at some point once private funds are exhausted.

I recently toured Brigham House with [removed name] from sales, and it was a magnificent experience. The building’s charming old style exterior and the beautiful dining room immediately stood out. I also had the pleasure of meeting several staff members, all of whom were welcoming and kind. To my surprise, I was even gifted a pie at the end of my visit a gesture that perfectly reflects the warmth of this community. Brigham House truly deserves recognition as a wonderful place to live.

5 on each. Small and the personal care is wonderful. Yes, I would recommend this community to other families based on the experience so far.

Sunapee Cove is a well run community having both memory care and assisted living on the shore of Lake Sunapee. The memory care has 1 RN and 2 LPNs for sixteen patients plus other helpers so the patients are well cared for. My husband had lost a considerable amount of weight before moving into the facility. He likes the food and has regained 20+ pounds. All the caregivers have a helpful positive upbeat attitude among themselves and with the residents. I encourage people to consider this caring homey facility. The memory care and the assisted living each have an activity calendars which includes Movies, travel films, singing, art, puzzles, a patio for the memory care, comedy movies, favorite old movies, facts and snacks, travel films and more. In the dining room the residents have a choice of meals of moderate proportions followed by a dessert, usually something sweet. The staff is very helpful and accommodating.

The staff is great, very engaging with the residents and visitors, dining- seems like a nice variety, always something to temp the most picky eaters. The activity calendar is always full. I was surprised that the administration I met when touring has left the facility already. I do have concerns but I'm optimistic this won't affect the residents

Had to move Mom to a memory care and this facility answered all our prayers. All the staff starting with admissions,the administrator and the kind and friendly staff that work at the desk at the front door made a difficult situation much more manageable. The staff on the unit are kind and helpful and very caring to my Mom and help to get her to laugh. We are so pleased that Mom is settling in, putting on weight and enjoying the entertainment and her nice apartment. The Highlands are a blessing to us.

My father in law received great care and attention. The facility was always clean and bright. I would highly recommend the facility.

Love it that its not a huge place where my dad cant get lost in. Met with the manager and who was very friendly, loved that he was very enthusiastic about helping people. The room was beautiful and the huge windows were amazing(so bright) The managers that I had been introduced to were amazing.

It was a great experience for my uncle. They are a very caring facility and we were very happy with them. He has since run out of his own funds so he is on Medicaid now and in a new facility that I found on my own. The staff were all extremely knowledgeable and caring.

The staff at Highlands on the East Side are very hands on. There are always three or four nurses in the room with them. They don't just put you on a couch all day to watch tv. They interact with the patients and genuinely look like they care for the patients. The rooms are quite large. My mom loves the screened in porch and coloring.

It's an absolutely wonderful place! All 5's across the board!!! There is no turnover in the staff! They all interact with clients. The communication is top notch and we would absolutely recommend Forestview Manor Assisted Living to other families!!

My mother is thriving at Windrose at Woburn!!! Each and every member of the staff are friendly, responsive, pro active, caring and go above and beyond for their residents. The quality of care is excellent! The best example is that my mother was on hospice, frail, not eating and given 3-6 months to live when she arrived in May. I received a call from hospice a week ago to let me know that she was eating and active and gained 10 lbs. She no longer needed to be on hospice. She is thriving and it is a testament to the great care that she is receiving at Windrose!!

From the beginning we experienced warmth, friendliness, and professionalism, The first day was a visit with one of our sons to evaluate the place and staff. I had met the Director at another Memory Care facility two years before, which was a welcome surprise. Two weeks later we moved my wife in, ending my 5 1/2 years of Home Caregiving. The process was the standard plan, organized to keep the person away from the hustle of moving. Everything needed was moved in and in place, including pictures on the wall. The person with their Caregiver arrive for lunch, then is taken to their room and introduced to staff. When my wife was settled after being in the room with me and one of our Caregivers from home, we left. Sunapee Cove is 30 minutes away, giving me, our sons and families chances to visit often. My wife has had a few upsets and the on shift staff have called me. I have visited once a week, or more, and am always welcome.

5 across the board- The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, my mom needs memory care now and we have to move her. I wish she could have stayed at SB longer.
