Everyone is so helpful. The staff are wonderful and patient. It's an open door policy and I'm never afraid to ask a question.

Overall it's a wonderful atmosphere. The people are attentive. The staff and residents are very friendly. I love my apartment. There is a lot of positivity.

Everyone at Solstice gets to know the residents, and takes time to offer help if small favors are needed. I was happy to find this affordable facility for my sister who has lived in El Cajon for many years - it’s made her life much easier with weekly housekeeping, daily meals, and free laundry . Everyone on the staff is very friendly and has made her feel welcome. They do an excellent job of keeping an eye on the residendents’ safety and comfort. Their facility is beautifully maintained and in a quiet neighborhood.

Just moving mom into her new apartment and the staff has been amazing! [name removed] has been extremely responsive and helpful which is so appreciated because of the quick turn around, texting with me on her day off answering my last minute questions. And the director, [name removed], is hilarious. It’s obvious the residents love him. Probably because all of the different funny holiday sweaters he wears. ?? Very excited for my mom and grateful for all the help they provided to my family and I to pull this off so fast!!

When it comes to the meals, they need more of a variety and not the same meals month to month. I like that it feels like home for my friend and she enjoys the many activities. We would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

The facility is very clean, they have great activities offered for the residents, and the staff are pleasant. My friend [name removed] said that some staff are pretty quiet and the food services are not good!

My mom moved into Solstice Senior Living in September 2024. She has made some new friends and is really beginning to embrace all that the facility has to offer. Bottom line, if mom is happy, I am happy, and she is happy.

The first thing I noticed was how friendly and welcoming both staff and residents are. I was made to feel right at home. There are a lot of activities to join in on. The facilities are well kept and nicely decorated. The Courtyard is beautiful and also well kept. Most of the time the meals are quite good but there are times when they fall a little short. That is really my only criticism.

From my visit, not only do they CARE about their residents, but the food is very good. I ate with my church friend who recently moved into her new apartment, which is huge. We were told we could order whatever we wanted from the menu to sample different things. The food was all very good. The chef visited our table, and he was pleasant and interested in our experience. So happy to see everyone so involved in the program after the meal. The live music was very good and many joined in. What a great experience I had.

The staff is very nice and responsive. Highly recommend Solstice Senior Living at Las Cruces.

Friendly staff and people that lived there, seemed to be the most reasonable price. I have met friendly people during the time that I have spent there at least 95% of the time! My client is [age removed] and was upset at the fact she had to leave her house and move (after 50 yrs) and did not go to any functions for quite awhile but has recently started getting out of her apartment more and meeting her neighbors! She is very settled in and comfortable now!

Solstice Senior Living at Fenton is a great place. The building is clean, they have friendly staff and good food.

Senior living paradise! Everything is above what I expected for my Mom. Beautiful building and grounds, the apartments are very nice with several models to chose from. The Dining room is pleasant and wonderful meals. The chefs are very willing to accommodate special diets too. There are arts and crafts, walking group, movie nite, music entertainment and outings to stores, the doctor appointments or just to see the leaves see the fall leaves. Staff is very accommodating too.

My father-in-law is very happy living there and based on the experience we have had we would recommend them to other families who may need a place for their loved ones.

I like the way it looked from the time I walked in the door. Love it there, very nice atmosphere. It's pretty pricey monthly just went up to [amount removed] but right now my aunt can do it and she likes it there

I love the social aspects! I have made great friends. Staff is very very friendly. The food is good I enjoy it.

Mom has been very happy here and the care given to her has been a blessing.

I have lived at Solstice for 12 years. I love my apartment and all of the friends I have made. I stay very active with activities and my family doesn't need to worry about me. It is my home and Iove it!

Proximity to my home was number 1 but it felt like home when we walked in. It's lovely and all the staff are very kind and attentive and my mom felt comfortable there
