The staff has an excellent understanding of the variability of the dementing process enabling them to make needed adjustments in care. They do this with skill, grace and good humor.

5 my mother has settled in nicely. The staff is very good, they are professional and caring and the facility is always clean.

Moved my mom from another facility to this facility was the best choice .instantly her moods changed to happy and much more verbal. All the team (work family) are caring and compassionate about their job. It’s not just a paycheck and job . They treat my mom as their own!! From the upper management to the aides completely satisfied with everything so far. I will update as we go on. The chefs cook amazing warm food the rooms are clean the air is very pleasant the flower garden looks amazing!! I go every day so i see it daily… most of all the staff is always in great moods.. its all about great management skills!!

The staff is outstanding. There are plenty of group activities, including area outings. The food is always excellent. The campus is pleasant.

I went to many senior living places for my demented mother who drinks too much. I picked DayBrook because the people seem quite normal. Not clinical, super cold and business like. Also they are still like that. It’s quite refreshing.

I would rate Day Brook Village Senior Living with all 5s. We are only dealing with assisted living and not long term care at this time. The care has been exceptional, the communication above board...always return my calls and always friendly. I'm told by my brother in law that the food is very good. I must also mention that after receiving physical therapy for my brother in law we were encouraged to place him in assisted living rather than long term care. I was hesitant as I didn't trust his ability to partially take care of himself but the encouragement I received from the staff was just unbelievable, especially from [name removed]. (I live two hours away, but [name removed] communicated with me as much as she knew I needed). [name removed] is actually the Director of Marketing but she was receiving news from therapist, nurses, etc. and although she sensed my hesitation, she kept telling me how assisted living would be such a huge difference for my brother in law's quality of life. These people went above and beyond to make his move easy, comfortable, and comforting. He is extremely happy with his care at Day Brook. Please don't hesitate to make this the home of your loved one.

All categories get a sold 5 stars. Staff are superior. They are much more friendly and helpful than I expected. Great food too. Plenty of diversions. Many different apartment sizes available.

My mother has be living at Linda Manor since November, 2022 and has been very happy since her very first day. The building is beautifully decorated, bright, airy and above all, clean. The staff there have been very helpful to mom and us, her family. Mom feels loved by everyone there and is so grateful for they care they give her. I am comforted having Mom there in such a loving environment.

My father was reluctant to move here after his fall . He has flourished here he absolutely loves it!! The staff is amazing from the top down. They gently encouraged him to socialize and he’s now the mayor lol he loves everyone and everything about his living arrangements. I love the peaceful feeling knowing he’s happy and safe.

Day Brook Village is a wonderful facility. Apartments are clean and well appointed. And every person that we encountered and interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely happy to have us there. A very happy place.

The staff is very nice and friendly, They also get to know the resident's and family members' names. The food is good and they are very accommodating and will make sure that the residents eat. The activities are great and they change it all the time. I would recommend this community to others based on my experience

The people there are wonderful. They make this place what it is wonderful. The only issue is they do have a repetitive menu but the food was excellent. I would recommend this community to others.

The staff are very caring and very willing to help. They are willing to let me do whatever I can do for myself, but I appreciate that they there to help when I need it. My apartment is small but its good and I like it . I have a really nice view out my window. The food is great, I have gained weight since living her. I have never been to a facility that has food that is this good. Before the virus, we really did have some nice activities to attend.

They were excellent there. I couldn't have asked for anything better for my father. The staff went out of their way for him. Even if he didn't want it, they still always checked in on him. The staff always keep in contact with me and depending on the urgency, through email and phone calls. The dining staff were wonderful as well.

My mom (90 yearsold ) has been living in the memory care area for almost a year.They are caring and wonderful. She loves it. It’s small and I feel so happy knowing she is there.

Linda Manor Assisted Living is a good community. My mother is doing great since the move here. The staff is very friendly. The meals offered are good. It is very clean and up-kept. My mother is in a great place the family is happy that everything is going very well.

It's very nice, and they have lots of activities. The activities are geared to the residents, they do like five short activities a day, so they are busy all day. They are friendly and attentive. We are pretty pleased with them so far.
