This place was extremely clean. The residents that we saw and spoke with were very pleasant and happy in their facility. It was more like home than any place that we toured. The Staff (Name Removed) that we toured with was so accommodating and more than happy to take us on the tour, along with showing an apartment that was occupied by a very nice woman!

Staff is very friendly. Cleaning staff does a great job. Staff is also very caring to all the tenants.

All 5's! It is a great place to be. From the top people on down. The more I am here, the more I like it. The activities, outings, free rides to Doctor appointments within 15 miles, the CNA's are wonderful, the food is great, there is no bad smell ever, the dining room staff, cleanliness too and the office staff.

The physical environment is very inviting. There are always activities scheduled for various levels of participation. Everyone is very friendly and approachable. My mother was on hospice and I was very impressed with the collaboration of the ASL staff with the hospice nurses. My mother passes away on hospice at the age of 98 and I couldn't have asked for better end of life care for my mom and our family.

My brother has only been there for a couple of weeks but has received very good care from the supervised distribution of his meds to checking in unobtrusively a few time a day. Nurses and aides always kind and willing to listen to any concerns. No complaints on the food. Always something on the menu or the alternate menu. He isn't ready to join in on activities but has a few men to enjoy his meals with. Room meets all his needs and there isn't a problem sharing the bathroom and kitchen area with one other person. Very good value . Smaller than some so not overwhelming.

Staff of nurses and caregivers are very caring and professional.

I would have to answer five for everything with the exception of value for the money. I have sticker shock with the cost of the independent living care. However, we couldn't hope for my dad to be in a better location. I just may not realize the cost of things. We would definitely recommend this community to other families

Knowledgeable sales team told us about the facility and gave us a tour. We saw residents finishing their lunch and were able to ask them about their meal. The rooms were clean. Plenty of activity for residents. Memory care area locked

Very friendly! Made her feel welcome and interested in living there. Met a resident that was very welcoming and suggested that she roomed with her. The director and tour was very thorough. She is very interested in the facility but has to sell her house first to be able to afford it.

The facility is exceeded my expectations. The facility associate that met me with knowledgeable and extremely helpful with answering questions about the facility. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the facility. I was equally impressed with the generous size of the respite and assisted living spaces. I absolutely believe my mother and my siblings would be equally impressed with Merryvale Assisted Living facility.

What we like the most about the All American Assisted Living at Washington Township community is the friendly atmosphere, staff and resident. the best activities director ever she's very creative and keeps everyone busy

The staff are very friendly and genuinely care about the residents. The facility is well staffed, very clean and welcoming. It is conveniently located near shopping, restaurants and Rte. 95

We were greeted at the door with a smile and a genuine welcome. Our visit was systematic to ensure we saw everything. We were glad to see activities as they were happening and meet people involved . We left with smiles all around and a belief that we were welcome to become part of the family.

5+++ for all the categories mentioned. Mom is very happy to at All American Assisted Living at Coram. Everyone there is so friendly and helpful. It's very clean and the quality of care is top notch. The food is delicious, the Admin staff go out of there way to help in any way they can. They offer activities which You can choose to participate in or not. The cost is what it is, but based on all the places I looked at, this was the best place for Mom and she is happy which is the main thing!

My mother was only there for just over 2 months before she passed away so I didn't have a large amount of experience with AAAL, but we were very happy she was there. All the staff were wonderful from the leadership to the nurses and assistants and even the maintenance and building crew. They facilitated hospice care for us, helped move my mother to a private apartment when we needed that and were always concerned with her welfare and the family's. I give it a 5 overall! My mother didn't do any activities so I won't comment on that. The dining room was nice and the food seemed good while my mother was there. The dining staff were great and very accommodating too. The apartments are good sized although going back to a roommate situation was a little strange at first. But it makes sense and is a less expensive option. The staff greets everyone with a smile and true interest in their welfare so we always felt welcomed there. The nurses were all wonderful too and Brookhaven Hospice staff were fantastic, helping us all through a difficult time. I highly recommend this assisted living community.

5 on all...we were very pleased with the facility. Facility was new & clean & the rates were very reasonable. I did a lot of research & this place was amazing for the price point out of pocket monthly
