It’s clear that residents have choices and are able to live life on their own terms, which makes the environment feel empowering rather than restrictive. Overall, it feels like a place where seniors can thrive, maintain their independence, and enjoy a high quality of life. I would highly recommend visiting to see the difference for yourself!

The feeling of touring this community was completely different from any others I’ve visited; and trust me, we have visited A LOT! From the moment I walked in, it felt warm, welcoming, and full of life rather than institutional. The staff was genuinely friendly, the residents seemed happy and engaged, and the overall atmosphere felt relaxed and positive. There was a sense of connection and care throughout the community, making it stand out in the best way. It didn’t feel like just another senior living community—it felt like a place where people belong and want to live. While I was there, I heard multiple people refer to Legacy as their home, which to me, says a lot.

I recently toured Legacy and I was genuinely impressed. The cleanliness stood out right away! Everything from the rooms to the common areas was spotless and well maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, taking the time to answer questions and make us feel comfortable. What impressed me most was the strong family-like atmosphere; residents and staff interacted with such warmth and care. It really felt like a place where people are valued, supported, and encouraged to be as independent as possible.

Upon touring Legacy Living the first thought I that came to mind was home. The atmosphere here reminds you of your own home it’s clean,well kept welcoming and just the sort of place that you want your parents or a loved ones to be. The staff is friendly, courteous, and always willing to help their residents no matter what the situation is. The foodat Legacy Living is home cooked food which I’ve eaten many times myself and it’s delicious. My mother lived here for over a year and I never was anxious about her staying here. I always knew she was well taken care in my absence ,she loved it here .The companion ships they provide and encouragement they give the residents to participate is wonderful. My mom has passed away,but I don’t regret a minute that she was here. She enjoyed every second and I was glad she chose this place to call home

My grandmother lives in the facility, and she has received excellent service starting from her tour. Her housekeepers do an amazing job cleaning her apartment. The Restaurant serves a delicious hot meal with variety.

Legacy is such a wonderful place to live. The care is unmatched excellence and the food is 5 stars! They have a lot of events for not only the residents, but the staff too. Every employee has a smile on their face and you can tell they love being here.

I recently toured Legacy Living Florence and was blown away from the moment I walked in. The receptionist was so kind, it immediately smelled amazing, and every staff member smiled and greeted me during the tour. [name removed] was knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable and welcome. You can tell the residents are well taken care of, happy, loved, and have a great home to live in. I will be telling everyone I know that Legacy is the best choice for senior living!

Last year our father passed away and we knew our mom needed to go to an assisted living. There are so many in our area, and we toured them all. We couldn’t be happier with our choice at Legacy. The staff here are truly amazing with our mom and treat her like family. It’s very comforting to know our mom is being taken care of every day!

My mother loves one of her assistants. She is kind, comforting, and loves my mom as well. The overall feel of the place is one of compassion and concern for those they are caring for. Mom has been there for a year and we have only had one incident where it took forever to get someone to respond to her call. Normally they are very quick. They have frequent activities, movies, visiting artists come in to perform. All in all a beautiful, comforting place to visit with my mom and I trust what they do to help care for her.

The staff at Legacy Living is friendly and worked with mom and family to resolve concerns. The room size is good, enough to not feel squished in. Salon, fitness center theater are very convenient

Legacy Living is the real deal. It is full of people who have a servant’s heart and places the needs of residents above their own and this results in residents that stay so happy. This gives the ultimate gift to families. They know that their family members are living their best lives, eating the best Whole Foods, and getting the best loving care.

Everyone at Legacy has been amazing. The staff is always smiling and greeting us by name. They have helped my mom with transitioning from her home that she shared with her husband to living alone at the facility and making her feel welcomed. My mom loves all of the activities. It’s great for her to stay busy. I would definitely recommend this place.

My dad became ill and he knew his days were limited. He had my sister and I touring assisted living homes around Northern Kentucky, so we were prepared when he passed away. Unfortunately my father lost his battle with cancer, and without a doubt we knew that Legacy was the best place for her. We hated that she had to leave her home of 40 years but we knew she couldn’t stay in the house alone. The staff are absolutely amazing at Legacy and the residents there are so kind and welcoming. We wanted my mom to have a place to call home and feel comfortable in her new surrounds. Legacy is just the place for that! My sister and I can have piece of mind that my mom can still live independently while not being along. There are so many activities for the seniors, and there is always someone to talk to. We just love it here!

Anytime I have been at Legacy to visit my loved one it always feels like home. No matter where you are in the community you will always see a smiling face and someone there asking if they can help with anything. This speaks volumes of the care that is delivered and the attention to details. The care team is amazing and always going above and beyond. Anytime I’m there I always make sure to eat in the restaurant with Mom because it is truly top notch cuisine and such a fun atmosphere seeing the Chefs and culinary team. Everyone is always smiling and just so friendly. My family can’t thank the Legacy Team enough for all they do each and every day!

Love this community every time I visit. It’s always clean and the staff works so hard. Everyone works together and no matter who you ask for help, they are willing to do whatever they can to help you.

Her townhouse is very spacious and very attractive. The staff bring her one meal a day for a small charge. She's not able to walk over to the dining room. She's not able to participate in any of the activities available to her. It's a nice place but I should have rented her a small house or condo. She doesn't want to move so we'll keep her there as long as we can.

[name removed] is very happy there and is adjusting very well. He has met so many nice people, both residents and staff. He enjoys the food and likes the variety of meal options. My siblings and I are happy that he is in a safe environment.

Facility is very clean and inviting, team members very friendly. They quickly learned my mother in laws name as well as ours and go out of their way to make sure she has everything that you need. The food at the restaurant is outstanding!

The positive atmosphere of Legacy truly won me over during my search for a new home for Dad. The staff all knew him by name within his first week of residency and have remained consistently attentive, kind, and caring. The facility is clean, bright, and well maintained, with plenty of green space (including a lovely center courtyard with seating for gatherings). The residents are also friendly and quite social. Dad seems happy, and I couldn't ask for a more perfect place for him!

Others will find helpful that Legacy staff truly cares about residents and their families. They stay on top of the residents needs and communicates all with the families.
