My mom loves it there. They are good for her. They help her all the time and we love the place in Oskaloosa. I do tell others about how wonderful Homestead is in Oskaloosa and I just think that it is a very very good place

It is a smaller facility. The staff are caring and always with the residents. We also have good communication. My dad lived in Augusta many years ago and people he knew have come to visit.

The staff is wonderful!!! They treat the residents with the utmost respect. The food is really good, we have eaten with [name removed]a few times. The facility is always clean. The 1 bedroom apartment is a sufficient size for 1 person.

My mother has lived at Arrowhead for the past three years. And we are very happy with it and she’s very happy living there. They’ve now had to move her to the memory care unit, which they have a very good staff in the memory care unit.

The staff is very courteous and compassionate. They always greet me by my name with a smile. They keep me informed of my parents condition and concerns in a timely manner. They treat all the residents with respect and they talk to them like family when they come in the room. Really can't say enough about how good the staff is. I've toured to a lot of facilities before deciding on weatherford assisted living and memory care center.

I would recommend Homestead. The staff are very nice and willing to talk through and fix any issues. We picked them because of the, Atmosphere of building, rooms spread our so it feels quiet and doesn't feel crowded, willingness to not require my introverted father to be a part of meals in the dining room or join in with games, and it was close proximity to my home

I would give all of those a 5. She has loved it there. All the workers are always happy. They check on her all the time and it is such a nice clean place

I was officially a resident as of [date removed]. However, I have not spent a night there. I am almost ready to make the move. I have eaten there several times. Food is very good. The facility is very clean. I have recommended to a friend. Residents and staff are very friendly, especially the servers.

I love the place great people plenty facilities fantastic with the independent living in a memory care and assisted living all in one it makes for a great atmosphere

[name removed] who runs Homestead is GREAT! Very caring of her residents. If fact everyone I have dealt with there is wonderful & very caring. All the staff knows I am 3000 miles away in New Hampshire and they all take very good care of my brother. We all have an open communication to keep me updated on how & what my brother is doing.

The staff is very attentive and patient. Our family is not interested in the activities offered but there are plenty and I do see many residents participating in a variety of events. The food is exceptional. Wonderful restaurant quality and excellent choices. We really love this place!!

The facility is well staffed and the memory care has one standard price regardless of levels. They have been very thorough with Moms medical needs and contact me with any questions. Another plus is that they do take Medicaid, so once we need to go on Medicaid she can stay in place

The staff is very helpful and friendly. They try to have a variety of activities. The room size is ok. A little on the smallish side but doable. I would recommend The Vintage Park in Ottawa.

I'm very pleased with the staff! They go above and beyond for my dad. He's getting great care there

We live in Wisconsin which is over 870 miles from Wichita. The nurses at Vintage Park are amazing. They treated my sister like family. She was very confused, and they made her feel at ease. She loves the workers and loves living at Vintage Park. I received numerous calls through the months to inform me of how [name removed] was doing. I would recommend this facility to anyone needing personal guidance and care. Thank you to all at Vintage Park for loving my sister and keeping her safe.

Homestead is a wonderful home for yourself or your family members. The environment is very loving and caring. I cannot say enough about the staff. They are all so kind, friendly, wanting to help you in any way that they possibly can. Every day is filled with activities. Because it is a small home, it's much easier to get to know others in the community. Residents are treated not only with great kindness, but also with respect and dignity. A true family community.

All staff is Friendly, caring. I'm in independent living area, I came and go as I want/ need to, I'm invited to take part in all activities at the main building. I can go over and eat 3 times a day, if I want to. I have a large old dog about 75 lbs. Not many of the places would accept her. And I'm close to family

All the examples you listed would be a 5 rating. The only reason we left is because they didn't have any AL studio apartments available at the time, and the 1 bedroom price was way more than he wanted to pay.

Patient care is excellent. The staff and on-site management are very personal and caring for the residents and family members. There are many types of activities and entertainment offered to the residents. Facility is well maintained and quick to respond to requests.

We are very happy with my Mom's care at Vintage Park. I would give everything a 5. I just received immediate help for my Mom from the staff at Vintage Park when I called them. They are so supportive of her needs! They helped her with her anxiety when she first moved there a year ago. The medical staff are easy to talk to and help with any challenges. The apartments within the building are great because you can take your own furniture that you are most comfortable in. The activities are really good from what I have observed. We are at the hospital with my Mom. She had to have emergency surgery overnight. The Vintage Park staff took care of everything in transferring her to the hospital while we were traveling to get there.
