The villas at San Bernardino is a very festive and engaging community. The receptionist and business office are very welcoming. From the moment you walk in you can feel warmth. The activity department keeps the resident very engaged and have wonderful events for them.It really is the gem of San Bernardino.

Proximity and different levels of care. All under 1 roof is what stood out. The staff was very helpful, and everyone from the kitchen crew to the front desk gals are very friendly.

I have I friend living at Santa Anita Assisted Living. I must say, my friend is really happy living there and attends activities on a daily. [Names Removed] do an amazing job! They both go above and beyond to make the all the residents feel comfortable and have a great experience while attending activities. Staff is friendly and welcoming. My mom was at a different facility for 2 years. I constantly had to visit and worry about her. I knew I had to move her. After doing some research I found Villas at San Bernardino. They have been wonderful. First, the food is amazing. I will actually go visit my mom at lunch, so I can eat the food! If my mom needs ANY medical, they will call her Dr. I never need to worry about her. If she has any problems, they call me. They also incorporate many activities, music etc. to keep her engaged. I feel very blessed to have found this safe, beautiful place for my mom??

The staff at The Villa’s create a warm, wonderful environment at the facility. The energy is active, positive and the staff is attentive, which brings comfort to my family knowing mom is safe and well cared for in her golden years. Thank you Villa’s!

I recently had the opportunity to visit Villas at San Bernardino and was thoroughly impressed with the warm and welcoming atmosphere. I was there for my job training and the admin team was incredibly helpful and supportive. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the staff seemed genuinely caring and dedicated to the residents' well-being. Overall, it was a great experience and I would highly recommend Villas at San Bernardino to anyone looking for a compassionate and professional care community.

She is an amazing person and I would feel comfortable at any moment having lived ones and family members both viewing and also staying here as well. Thank you so much for your hospitality.

When you walk in you hear laughter , you see happy smiles. You hear music not Televisions. You see residents participating in activities or normal socializing with staff, other residents and outside visitors. Such a Gem of a place for a loved one. I was introduced to long term staff that's been there from 13 to over 23 years I heard. That says alot about the community and makes a families decision to place a loved one in this community the bbest place to be. Thank you for a great experience.

I’m a resident here at the villas. I’m enjoying my stay here. Everyone is very friendly, and nice. The activities they offer are great. We are always going on trip outings and shopping. Activity Director & assistant are wonderful person, overall the activity department is great. Front desk receptionist are very helpful. Food is great.

The villas at San Bernardino has a beautiful feeling right when walking in, definitely gives a warm an home feel. Think of it when you walk into your grandparents home and it gives the love and hugs they give. The residents right down to the employees so friendly and caring. The story’s you hear in passing just heart warming. Beautiful place to be for sure.

Since the death of my father in 2014 my mother has lived alone in her 2 story house. Recently she has had some medical issues with her legs and started falling a lot. After the last fall, hospital stay and rehab center, I needed a place for her to live. I picked The Village because in years past I had taken my students there on various holidays to interact with the residents and noticed how caring the staff was. I am relieved that my mother is in a safe place and grateful for their attention. The burden has been lifted from my mind.

My siblings and I Toured Vacaville Village and loved it! The staff was so welcoming, the units are bright, and the atmosphere is upbeat. Definitely a top choice!

The employees here are absolutely amazing. [Names Removed] are some of the best employees there. The overall atmosphere is homie and warm. All employees are very helpful and caring. The care is excellent!
