Preferred Care at Home

Things are very good with Preferred Care at Home they are really great. My mother has adjusted well with the help and the transition of having new people come in her home but she enjoys it which is a plus. There were other agency's we tired out and they just wasn't trustworthy. I would say this agency is trustworthy and they do what is asked of them. We are pleased with our decision.

Things have gone well with Preferred Care at Home. Their care givers are friendly, professional and efficient. The administrative staff is also very nice and they do a great job with placement. Very nice work.

When I got the news that my mother was being placed in hospice care, I was shocked and despondent. Preferred Care at Home was the second call I made and I felt so relieved when I talked to Danny and he reassured me that my mom would be well cared for and the cost was affordable! He came out to meet my mom personally before making a caregiver match and the caregivers were skilled, respectful of my mother (when she was alert and after she was no longer responsive), gentle, and kind. They handled all scheduling issues and kept me informed. Losing a loved one is difficult and you really need caregivers that you can rely upon to make it just a little easier and enable you to take a breather and care for your children, family, and work. They called the hospice agency when my mom needed extra attention. I couldn't have asked for more. Strongly recommend this service.

Our experience with Preferred Care at Home has been very good! All of the caregivers we have worked with have been friendly and professional, and we appreciate that they will send an additional staff member out with any new caregiver to make sure your first session with that particular caregiver goes well. They've been very accommodating in terms of scheduling, and always on time.

We had a very good experience with Preferred Care at home of Nashville. Barbara Brewer was very pleasant to interact with, and all of the caregivers she sent us were phenomenal.

We will have a consistant two people and a back up. They do a fifty state background check on their caregivers. They were completely honest and forthcoming with us. We have found them to be very helpful and they have been good drivers too. Jessica came to meet with us and made us feel very comfortable. We have been using them a little for a year now but will be using them more soon.

It is difficult to rate specifics as we live out of state, but Preferred Care offered the services and care our loved one needs. We have been happy with their service, they've been on time and so far we have no complaints. We would recommend Preferred Care at Home to others.

We are using & have been using this since June 2010. We are very much happy with the way things are going.

They need to get better with staffing. I do understand the pandemic. The training needs to be better with the employees. There were a lot of miscommunications with training as well as scheduling. The CNA's were great but they were not trained as well as I expected them to be. I received good service but for the cost i expected more professionalism. There was a lot of cancellations and they need to be screened better. I had maybe one out of them all that I really liked and she left due to management.

It is going pretty good since my mother has been receiving care from Preferred Care at Home. We have had a total of 4 different caregivers come to her home. One was very bad, 2 were okay, and one was very good. My mother speaks Chinese so she needs someone who can accommodate to her language and needs. We are happy to have found the one that is very good with her. They are professional and helpful.
