Premier Care Homes

Due to the covid restrictions there are not many activities going on. We do like that it is a well ran and professional establishment for our loved one to be in. The apartments at the community are small but adequate, and we would recommend this community to others.

The owners and staff of Premier Care Homes have provided totally empathetic and warm, as well as truly professional, care for my ailing Mom. I can't say enough about the service and the angels that have been put on duty 24/7 for us through these wonderful ladies, Janelle and Margie. My mother's last Doctor visit shows she is healing nicely after a fall, where she fractured a hip. The vast improvement is the direct result, we feel, of the care and attention that Premier Care Homes delivers to it's elder care patients. Thank you.

My mother is doing a lot better here at this care home. Everything has worked out very well, and we are pleased. They have a lovely care taker in the home, she is really good at what she does. She is very helpful and knowledgeable. The home is spotless, everything looks very nice and clean. It is a pretty mellow home. They serve nice home cooked meals. She is being cared for well here. Overall this is a community I would recommend.

My mom passed away [name removed]. She was in the Madrona House and was only there about 2 1/2 months. Overall, it was an ok experience. Most of the nurses were good, and two were exceptional. They were accommodating and allowed personal items and encouraged us to visit. They house had a great backyard with trees, flowers and berries. The thing that bothers me the most is the last week of our mom's life, neither [name removed] or [name removed](the owners)could take the time to talk to us. Which was so surprising because early on, [name removed]was very hands on and helpful.

We looked at a variety of different settings and took into consideration the limitations of our loved one. This home gave what we felt is the best combination of care and security.

I think that as far as the activities are concerned, there are some improvements that they can make. I have only seen and known of one activity. I know the people are elderly and with memory issues, but I think they could still do more in this area. Other than that, i am not disappointed with Premier Care Homes at all. They do a good job and have done what I expect of them.

My parent was not happy with what they saw in the community. I let them be apart of the decision making. The room that was shown did not feel like the right one. We also saw that the residents here are more further along with their dementia and alzheimer . My parent know they would not be happy here.

tHE BEAUTY OF THE HOUSE WAS FANTASTIC!! kEPT VERY CLEAN. tHE ACTIVIIES WERE ALMOST NONE; WATCHING T.V., NO OUTINGS EXCEPT TO THE DOCTOR. tHE EMPLOYEES VARIED CONSIDEERABLY.,ONE WAS VERY LAZY SERVING MEALS IN THE PATIENTS BEDROOMS. SENDING OUT FOR FAST FOODS. THE OTHER ONE COOKED VERY NICE MEALS. SEEMED VERY ATTENTIVE TO THE CLIENTS. i ENDED UP HIRING SOMEONE EXTRA TO COME IN FOR BATHS AND CATH CARE,WHILE WE WERE THERE. THEY PROMISED THEY WOULD PUT IN A RAMP TO THE PATIO FROM THE LIVING AREA FOR WHEELCHAIR USE; IT NEVER HAPPENED!! VERY EXPENSIVE FOR WHAT WE GOT P.S. THEY FIRED THEBETTER CARE GIVER.
