I am so glad that we found the New Alamo Residence Home for my mom. My mom had dementia and she had lived at a larger assisted living facility for a few years, but as her condition advanced, she needed more careful care. The caregivers at New Alamo are fantastic! They are so kind and caring. Every time I visited, my mom was happy, clean, and comfortable. I appreciated that they make the effort to take the residents outside each day when the weather is nice even though most of the residents have limited mobility. I have dealt with many care facilities of various sizes and I know what to look for when it comes to quality of care. New Alamo is definitely one of the best I have seen. The owner is very motivated to provide premium service and makes a lot of effort to communicate well and meet needs. The caregivers are friendly and attentive. Thank you for caring for my mom!

I am a community liaison for a hospice organization in Contra Costa County and there are times when patients and families want recommendations on placement. New Alamo Residence Home is hands down one of the best options in the area. [Name removed] has a big heart, she is compassionate, professional, and wants to learn as much as she can about how to provide the best care for her residents. The community is comfortable and clean, and her staff are kind and attentive. If you want good care in the comfort of a beautiful and clean home this is the place to be!

Overall a great experience & place for my dad who's been residing in Alamo for months now. Was hesitant at first when my friend recommended me this place but little did I know that it does hold up to my expectations.

My cousin [name removed] moved to Lafayette Gardens a few months back. We are very happy with her care. She has a big private suite with an attached bathroom. Food is great. [Name removed] was able to assist my cousin with PT, OT and nurse visits. Staff is very helpful and facility is very clean. I highly recommend Lafayette Gardens.

My mother was a resident at Alamo Residence Home for the last three years. I can not begin to express my thanks for the wonderful care that she received. As her health began to fail and her needs increased they were there to support her. The small environment allowed for personal relationships to form not only with other residents but also with the staff. I found everyone to be kind, considerate, and helpful at all times. I would absolutely recommend Alamo Residence Home for your loved one.

This home is definitely a plus and would be a positive choice. Only 6 residents, all private rooms. Probably a long waiting list. Place is clean, pleasant, residents from 93 to 100 years old. Staff is friendly and kind. 4K monthly all inclusive except depends and wipes. Food looks good. Kitchen cupboards have healthy staples; honey, avocado oil, pink Himalayan salt, pumpkin soup was cooking on stove.

We are pleased with the atmosphere at Lafayette Gardens Assisted Living. Most of the staff are genuinely interested in providing a caring environment for the residents and family are treated respectfully.

We chose LaFatyette because of the location and the manger was extremely friendly, and it was clean and in a nice neighborhood. She did upsell us on some things that went away after a couple days of being in here. The staff members were very sweet, they were gentle with my mom and would sing to her and were just very caring. Overall, I would recommend to others who are looking.

The ladies, who work there, every day were very kind to my mother. However, the owner, I believe would've said anything to me just to get me to commit.
