Staff was all extremely friendly and helpful. It truly was a place my mom was comfortable in.

The staff are very caring and helpful. You could tell they genuinely care about their jobs. I would definitely recommend them to others who are searching for a place for their loved one.

I had a wonderful experience when I toured this facility on behalf of my father. The representative I spoke with was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful with what to expect should my father need their services.

We had our tour and we were very impressed. Definitely an option after my father in law does his rehab. I thought the rooms were very nice, and it seems like plenty of activities. I really appreciate all the help.

I was truly impressed with the people there. Everyone seemed happy. We even had lunch and it was great.

During our evening visit, the receptionist was very attentive to greet us as we walked in. Assist us in signing us in as she knew who we were visiting. Many Residents were scattered to some in the living room playing cards. And others were watching Jeopardy and socializing. Very homey feeling and evening of socialization. Just like when you are home.

The people are amazing!! I've gotten to know everyone, from janitors to executives and they seem to really care! The room is great and we've gone out to the courtyard a lot!!

Penthouse view is beautiful and the staff is more than friendly, for the most part. Compared to my previous assisted living home, this place is a dream come true and it is just like being at a resort cruise.

I would give Elan a solid 5 in every single category. These people have blown us away with their caring, their quality of care, the cleanliness. The activities are superb: my mother lives every single day there! I can't thank A Place for Mom enough for sending me there. It had been one of the most rewarding experiences ever. You made it easy!!!! And Elan has made it great!!!

Beautiful community and very clean. They took me on a tour of the whole community, and I was amazed by how much activities they had available.

My father has been living at Grand Villa since August. The facility is beautiful with a high standard of cleanliness. The river views make you feel like you are on a cruise ship. The leadership and staff are attentive and respond quickly to requests and issues. My mom visits daily and they treat both my parents like family.

So impressed with this facility! Can't beat the view of the beautiful Indian River. Feels like family as soon as you step foot through the doors. Thank you for providing exceptional care for my loved ones.

At Grand Villa of Port Charlotte I was greeted by a friendly receptionist who offered me water. I met with a manager who seemed experienced and knowledgeable about this residential facility. He walked me through parts of the facility and explained operations as we walked. We also sat and discussed various aspects of care available for residents needing assistance. Many of the questions that I came with were answered before I had to ask. I left favorably impressed with the Grand Villa and I believe my friend (for whom I am looking at various facilities)would fit in well here.

My father in law transitioned to memory care about a month ago. Grand Villa staff literally rolled out a red carpet for him when he arrived, with all staff clapping and welcoming him. I had tears in my eyes. Staff are so attentive and helpful - they know the residents and every interaction I've seen demonstrates compassion. The apt size is very generous with ample storage. I had a few questions at move in and they were quickly answered. The dining room has lots of natural light and my father in law goes to each meal which he didn't at his last residence, so the food must be good. The intake and care has been highly organized, which is so comforting. I feel comfortable that this transition was the right decision. Regarding activities - they have activities through teach day to keep residents engaged. The activity coordinator is very warm and enthusiastic and takes care to ensure all residents are welcomed and participate. Excellent environment and offerings for stimulation.

The Grand Villa of Delray is such an amazing facility. We recently placed a dear friend into the facility and I couldn’t be more pleased with our experience. The workers are timely and so friendly. They helped us through a very hard time for the family. [Name Removed] was the saving grace. She helped us from early in the morning to late at night, and always with a smile! I’m so thankful for everyone who has been involved in this transition and for being such a welcoming and loving community!

I live at the Pineapple House and i have nothing but good things to say. Everyone is kind, helpful, and very patient. I am so happy to call this place home! I’ve recommended it to all my friends and family.

I am a resident at Grand Villa for the past two years. My experience here has been and still is wonderful. Am not one to get out and do a lot but the activities here are great.
