My loved one has already had friends ask me about this community. I let them know that it was a wonderful place for my loved one, and it is a great fit. The dining room is back open. Some of the activities include bus rides, tours of old mansions in the city, exercise class, bingo, concerts, the word thing, debate, movies, and more activities are offered for the residents. They did outdoor visits during the summer by appointment with your loved one. There was a staff member to assist with visits.

[Name removed] was very helpful and the virtual tour gave me more information that I need in make a choice easier to choice a new home. It was almost as good as being there.

Easy to find, visitor parking space small but lots next door. I was very impressed with the personnel that I met. They were genuine, caring and kind to me and to the residents that I saw. I was very glad to see that there are some care facility corporations that aren't too big to remember their mission to care for individuals. I saw a few residents, one of whom gave an unsolicited great endorsement for the community. The atmosphere/ambience of Brightondale is somewhat subdued but comfortable. I am taking my friend along to another visit to find out if he is as interested in living here as I felt he would be. I would definitely recommend Brightondale as a good place to consider first. They have staff that have remained loyal for years and that is saying something very good about this employer in this day and age of rapid staff turnaround.

What a beautiful facility! Even better was the clear care the staff had for the residents and the smiles on the residents faces! The amenities are incredible and would provide the kind of environment our mom would thrive in. All interests were present in the extensive programming offered. It's clear that the company mission is owned by each member of the staff. Great place!

Might be just right for respite or short term. Choir, dancing, church + shuttle goes to door of our church. workout area and warm pool. Memory care was decorated like nursing home and didn't smell great. Some areas also smelled of an incense that was tough

I no longer wished to carry the responsibility of my house. I am a widower who also has Lymphoma. I searched for a rental arrangement which would allow me to begin with independent living but also utilize minor or major assistance as may be needed in the future. I toured several facilities and settled on Village Shores as my choice. I moved into my 1 bedroom apartment on April 21, 2018. I have been pl;eased with my choice of Village Shores and would recommend it to others. I have no complaints with any pare of the staff, programs, or services. I am at peace with my decision to move here.

I am finding the care at summit is really supportive of both the resident and the residents family. Very communicative, and helpful. There are a lot of activities, at every level. My dad is not one that chooses to participate so I don't know a lot about the substance of the activities. They continue to try to get him involved.

This place is seriously fabulous. Unfortunately, there was not a unit available for our time needs. I completely understand why there is a waitlist.

My loved ones have moved into Parkshore Senior Campus, and I really like it here. The staff are really good, and the whole ambiance of the place is very nice. My loved ones rave about the food, and I like that it's very clean and close by. I would recommend Parkshore to other families.

I like to be able to plan ahead, so when I needed to prepare for a place for my mother's respite care, Silver Creek on Main was generous enough to allow me to make arrangements well ahead of time. The staff was very friendly there, the place was clean, the security was there, and I just felt very comfortable with her there. We has no issues at all.

My brother and I simply love this community. My brother has made a lot of friends already and the people have been very nice. [Removed], a staff member, is so helpful. They have many options of care types at this facility: independent living, assisted living, and I believe memory care as well. Because my brother is in independent living, housekeeping cleans his room upon request. He does have the option to have them clean it regularly for a set price. They do a great job in keeping the entire community clean even though they are in the midst of renovation. With my brother being in a wheelchair, it is not difficult at all for him to get around. They also have grocery carts out by the front door and carts in the garage to help assist tenants with groceries or large loads they need help transferring. I know that they offer a lot of activities and they have many amenities available. They have games, bingo, a crafts room, and an exercise room with all kinds of brand new exercise equipment. They have regular get togethers all the time and social coffee hours at 3:00pm. For the price, amenities offered, and the renovations that they are in the process in, it is a great location.

My Brother-in-law is staying at Silver Creek on Main, and it has been a very good experience so far. I really appreciate how the staff interacts with the families and residents. They definitely helped make something that is very difficult a little easier, and I just can’t say enough good things about the staff. The food there is really good, and I think my brother-in-law is enjoying it. I also appreciate the fact that the community is well-maintained, fresh, and clean. There’s a vibrant atmosphere here, which is very good. I would definitely recommend Silver Creek to others.

Silver Creek was the best community I saw. However the size is intimidating for my parent. It was a bit much and we wanted something smaller to not get overwhelmed by the size.

My dad picked Parkshore after touring several other local assisted living facilities. He moved in last week and the experience so far has been great. He started with a thorough on-boarding meeting with his care coordinator. He loves not having a set time for meals, rather there is a flexible window of time. He says the food is great and there are plenty of choices. They have a physician who visits monthly and a GNP that comes by weekly and Park Nicollet clinic is right around the corner. They have a great local shuttle system that takes residents to shopping, the grocery store, banks, clinics. The front desk phone is answered 24/7. From what I have seen so far, Parkshore is committed to proactively looking out for my dad's well-being. I am very comfortable with him living there.

Delightful people, wonderful food, pool and exercise room, good size library nice and a very active social calendar through the program director. Appears to have compassionate help. The building is well decorated and apartments even the studios are larger than at other place. 24 hour emergency response team. Still looking but very high on my list. The surrounding community in St Louis Park not far from any convenience and is around the area in which I reside.

After we had a tour of this community I decided this was the place. However they were not able to provide the level of care that he needs. The staff were nice and it was clean and a wonderful place.

Good location. Too many floors but well maintained building. Lots go activities. Liked choice of units. heated indoor pool various meal options. 2 year waiting list
