All of them a 5 except the staff. The staff does a great job, but there has been an issue with the media room for a long time and we keep asking to get it fixed. The apartment sizes are great! It really is a wonderful place to live.

Amberlin at the Station has been amazing. Great amenities, friendly tenants, amazing staff. Plenty of socializing chances every month. I would recommend this place to anyone. Just to clarify, it is not myself that is a tenant but rather my father in law.

This place is very clean and easy to get around. New not old and dingy. Rooms are bright and balcony are roomy with great views. I would highly recommend Mera Rhodes Ranch for others looking for senior apartments.

The manager went over and above to help me out. My mother absolutely loves the place. She's making friends and getting involved with daily activities. Yes, I would recommend it to others. It's a smaller community, so you don't get that overwhelmed feeling.

We have enjoyed living here at Solea Copperfield for two years. Recently, a new Community Manager and Assistant Manager were assigned. They both have very good experience, and have already made significant improvements in our Community. The two Staff Maintenance workers are outstanding. Each of the four members of the management team respond and help us when needed. They have great personalities and professionalism. Thank you to our Team, and Solea Copperfield!

seems like there could be more for "Active" 55+ community but the activities seem to be resident driven. Quite frankly I am still unpacking and downsizing my house as I go through a divorce while working fulltime, so I haven not had time to check out any activities.

For me it's a 5. If you like something to do to keep you busy there is something going on everyday. The staff are wonderful and helpful. The residents are friendly, many new friendships are made here. There is a singles group and a couples group that enjoy outings to local restaurants and recently a comedy club. While I am neither a Texas Rangers nor Kansas City Royals fan we are within walking distance of Surprise Stadium. We are within walking distance to Surprise Library, I enjoy volunteering at the library bookstore. I enjoy riding my electric tricycle all around Surprise and Sun City West. There are three art galleries very near here in Surprise. Many popular local restaurants including many chain restaurants.

The events they have, the food is great. Everyone is very nice and helpful with anything that is needed. We would definitely recommend this community to other families based on the experience so far! Great social calendar and beautiful facility

The staff here is amazing., When you can reach them. They change a bit too frequently for me. I've been here a year and we have had 4 different changes. But staff are super sweet always will go to help wherever they can. Patrick and Neil greet you by name, they always have a smile.

Mera Vintage Park is super clean, very quiet and has many activities for us to enjoy. Management is very helpful. I am extremely happy living here. Thank you for recommending Mera to me

My parents in law moved in at the end of [date removed] and my mother in law only lived a month there. During her stay while she was alive, she was the happiest. They felt welcome even being away from Haiti

The staff was very accommodating to our difficulty of wanting an apartment but needing time to sell our home and down-size. Maintenance has been prompt in getting small things done with a smile. We love the property with walking trails and nice well maintained landscaping. There are about 6 birds daily with morning coffee on the patio. They have a robust above ground garden area. There is much encouragement for social activity with a passport book to gather attendance stamps and be put into a drawing. It is extremely quiet in the halls and in the unit. It has programs built on the Blue Zone concept for mental, physical, social and spiritual activity. We have a near-by parking covered car port and a one car garage plus an outside entry through a small fenced yard and patio. The things I miss are a hot tub, piano in common area, massage chair but the pluses far outweigh these misses. I'm coming off 33 acres and 2600 sq ft home so this is a stretch for my mind to accept but Amberlin makes it inviting. We look forward to no maintenance! I could go on all day.

Most of the people are very friendly. There is standing water in the carports after rain. There are barking dogs.

I will give everything a 10 I know you want only a 5 Amberlin Pflugerville is the best apartment/ 55+ place I have ever lived. The staff is amazing 99% of the residents are amazing. I can't keep up with all the events going on and they are working on getting more programs going. Amberlin goes way above to make the place a home.

The facility was recently remodeled. It's modern, inviting & classy! Not to mention, well maintained & pristine. The staff is incredible. They are friendly, attentive to needs, interact with the residents & plan amazing activities every single day. They go above & beyond for sure!

The residents here are really friendly and there is a lot of options of things to do. You can do as much or as little as you want. No pressure. Maintenance is really great. They guys work hard at fixing things and it is really really clean. Nice place to live.
