The caretakers are kind and very professional. More menu choices would be nice.

Pros: Great location, only about 15-20 minutes from me. Near the mall and restaurants. Friendly staff, nice and bright. Rooms and space are beautiful! All day meals (in addition to breakfast, lunch, and dinner, residents can eat on demand in the dining room. They can also order special meals). Tour guide, [name removed] and I hit it off right away--we found out that we're both from PA so we bonded hardcore over all things PA! I did not schedule a tour, but I was in the area so I walked in and asked if I could have a quick tour and [name removed] was very accommodating and gave me a full tour. Cons: Price point: Studio is $[removed]/month 1-Bedroom is $[removed]/month 1-Bedroom Suite is $[removed]/month Cultural Diversity: I didn't have to ask: There were quite a few seniors who looked like my mom and my Mema! Very encouraging! All the residents were gathered around the big screen TV in front of the fireplace getting ready to watch the Denver Broncos game! Adorable!

[name removed] was very friendly and informed. The one bedroom model unit was staged well and really gave a great way to show the size of the rooms. All in all a great visit to this lovely facility. It is definitely in the running of places for my father to choose from.

This was a beautiful and spacious independent living facility, however when I set the tour I did not realize that Assisted Living support was not available there (this was the first of my 'learning curve' facility visits). The staff and even residents were very friendly and residents I did see were engaged in activities and seemed to br enjoying themselves.

Staff is really friendly and helpful, the food is very good, lots of diverse activities. It is family owned and has a really nice homey feel, not sterile or corporate like. I feel like the caregivers truly do care about the residents.

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. When in the kitchen the chef [name removed] was very friendly . The food was very tasty. The lobby was very clean, and the grounds where very clean and we'll maintained. The size of the rooms was very impressive. All in all one of the better facilities we visited.

Compassionate, attentive and friendly staff. From senior administration to support staff, to maintenance and housekeeping, everyone we’ve encountered genuinely demonstrate that they LIKE being there…including the residents! My parents were able to bring their fur babies (doggies), which made the transition so much easier. The dogs love it there too, and the doggy doors make it easy for them to go in and out to the dog park without assistance!

After reviewing data on-line for four assisted living places in Prescott, AZ I made appointments to visit them all. Granite Gate Senior Living was our first choice with the others far behind. First and foremost Granite Gate is in a wonderful location. Very quiet and serene. The layout of the rooms and common areas was great. Everything was neat and clean. [name removed] was our contact and she did a wonderful job of getting answers to our questions and being helpful in every way.

Absolutely loved it! We sent a video to Ted and it’s up to him at this point. I would definitely love the live there in the future! Clean, friendly and it looks like a fun place to be! I really liked the dining room!

Everyone was very friendly, the community was clean and up to date. I loved seeing so many residents out doing some type of activity. It was absolutely an environment I would feel comfortable having my mom at.

[name removed] has been amazing with helping my family through this transition for my dad. He has been informative, helpful, patient, and just a pleasure to work with. When I flew into town, he set up a meeting with [name removed] , who showed me around the facility. She was a delight as well. I cannot say anything better about this experience. Came to visit looking for a place for my father. [name removed] and staff have been so helpful in trying to make a smooth transition as my dad will be moving from AZ to WA. The facility is very clean and welcoming. It smells good and seems to have a nice set up for seniors.

Everyone at Winslow Court was very kind and welcoming. The facility is nice, the lunch was very good and the residents seem quite happy and comfortable. I wanted more information after the tour but didn’t receive call backs from my messages for several days but I mainly attribute that to being over the week of Christmas.

I'm excited to be returning to Farrington Court after a four month absence to find the grass isn't always greener on the other side of the fence. Farrington shows concern for their residents, paying close attention to their nutritional needs, assistance in daily activities, response to maintenance requests and interests in their entertainment preferences.

It is a lovely place, with lovely people working there. Small, personal, friendly, helpful, engaging.

Mom has been a resident at the Groves for three years. She has been living in the assisted living area of the facility, but she now needs more care. My husband and I toured the Memory Care part of the facility and were given compassionate information and encouragement by [name removed] which is so helpful in making a decision to move mom where she is best cared for. Our questions listened to and well answered. We are very pleased with this facility and I do recommend it to friends with aging parents.

I can not say enough about the staff, facility, patience (with all my questions), and understanding. Clearly trained in this field!!.... I thank each and every one of them!!...Mom is transitioning from total independence to a bit more help with daily life. Options and ease of transitioning seem great, with help in getting her to/from things that keep her engaged is a bonus/win!!

[removed name] helped us through the whole process from first contact, tour, explanation of facility, amenities, activities, rates, everything We toured lots of places, maybe 8-10. Thunderbird was an instant standout from all the others. What grabbed our attention was the large number of residents we saw in common areas socializing with each other and engaging in activities. They all looked very happy, smiling, and so many treated us saying hello. None of the other communities came close to comparison The meal plan was the more extensive than any of the others too. They have both set meals and order off the menu with the greatest flexibility in table service times as well. The secure enclosed courtyards with well kept landscaping, grass, trees, large Koi ponds, and walking paths winding throughout are a very nice place for walking moms little dog and meeting others enjoying the outdoors too. The apartment was freshly renovated. A standard for all new residents. The transportation schedule to local shopping Dr. appointments and personal requests within 10 miles is great too.

I've been a resident here at The Groves for about 7 months. I highly recommend this community. The staff is excellent, great food selection, caring team and clean community. I'm very pleased I'm here.

[Removed name] did an excellent job of presenting the facility from the room to the recreation, including the garden area and the restaurant. The facility is definitely designed for Senior living to make those final years safe, enjoyable, and happy.
