The minute you enter the parking lot you see the attention to detail of the property. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. You can see the care and concern given to each patient. The person i visited needed some specific attention that was not currently on the nurses schedule but they happily provided the help and made sure the care given was exactly what my friend needed. Highly recommend!

This place has no stairs and garage parking which is great for me beings I am disabled I don’t have to clean car off when it snows place gives me a ton of independence the food served could be hotter and more of a variety of meals seems to be same meals regularly and cost of rent is extremely high for such small apartments but this place suits all me needs to be independent which is main reason I like it here

I was visiting my friends aunt while in town for the holidays and the staff was so warm and welcoming! [name removed] was so helpful and the whole visit was amazing!!! This was the warmest place I’ve ever been and I’m happy that she’s there.

Everyone that works here is amazing. So happy about the move. [name removed] at the front desk was so helpful and friendly. She was a happy and welcoming and made us feel at home. We are great full to have our aunt living here.

Arts and crafts are my favorite activity here. I’ve made a lot of new friends since I started living here. They really watch out for each other. The staff is really kind. I really enjoy my apartment. Go Broncos.

The staff here are awesome they truly care about everyone. They outdid themselves with the holiday season meal and activities. The prime rib was fantastic I was so full from so much food. Very thankful for the staff

My family member is a resident there. The staff is very caring and understanding of their and our needs. They do regular medical screening and updates on needs. There is activities most days that you can take part in if you like. The meals are healthy and have good options as well as desserts after almost every meal. The facility is very clean and the staff does over the top with decorating for holidays and special events. Many of the residents look out for each other and they all take an active interest in my family member.

My mom has been residing at Sunrise Staten Island-Narrows Road for one and a half years. She is well taken care of. The staff are all very attentive to her needs. She is happy. The place is very clean and well maintained. The food is good and a variety of options are offered at meal times

On christmas day the chef made such a delicious plate of prime rib and the amount of meat on the plate was huge. very tasteful and the dessert was really good to. i like that they make the holiday meals very tasty and good. i really love food

Recently toured this community and loved every moment the staff was engaging and welcoming very friendly. The residence seemed very happy. Several of them stopped to talk to me. It was just a great experience.

Braddock Glen is outstanding in every way and my mother (resident) and I could not be more pleased with the staff, management and facility. The residents are happy and friendly. The staff is on top of every single issue and so communicative. My mother has made an amazing transition from independent living after a fall. It had its challenges to transition after a hospital and rehab stay, but the caring staff made her feel at home and loved. Several weeks in and she is happy and settled thanks to all the amazing staff caring for her. The management is absolutely top notch and make sure every question is answered to both the resident and the family. I am so genuinely thankful for this place and its people.

My dear mother found her perfect final home at Garden Square at Westlake. She had so much fun meeting other residents…she felt at ease her first day! She also loved becoming acquainted with the staff…all kind, watchful, and professional. She was cared for with such respect. The variety of activities certainly added to her happiness. I cannot thank the executive director enough for all she did to keep mom safe, AND…the comfort and guidance she provided to me! I highly recommend Garden Square at Westlake.

Overall it is very good, but like most places it could use more staff. I would recommend them to others who are searching for a place for their loved one.

M6 dad moved in a few months ago and its been so nice to watch him become independent again after rehab and living with me. I love how the courtyard at lakewood watches out for him and communicates with me. Its been nice being a son again and not a care taker where I can come over and be a son and watch football with my dad at his place like the older days.

My mom recently passed away and I can say from the bottom of my heart I know she loved living at The Courtyard at Lakewood. The staff became family to us they truly cared for her and her dog Lucy and the smile on my moms face was always there. I am so glad her final home was The Courtyard at Lakewood. I am forever thankful to the Manager and Staff there.

The only reason we moved out was because my wife needed memory care and I wanted to be close to her. We lived at the courtyard at lakewood twice we kept going back because we loved it so much the staff really cared about us and even our pets. we enjoyed having a true apartment with a kitchen and having our own furnace was very important for my wife.

Diamond art club is a club i am apart of here at the courtyard at lakewood. Our activities person [name removed]makes sure its a weekly activity and ive made such good friends with diamond art club. i look forward to it every week i love living here.

Staff very receptive, thorough in explaining all accommodations. Tour of facility was very nice. Christmas decorations were beautiful. Calendar of events provided and staff encouraged us to bring family member to facility for a visit.

I recently toured the facility and was very impressed with the room and services you offer. I will reach out once my mom is ready to make a move. I know she will be well cared for there. [name removed] is very personable and made us feel very welcome.

I’ve lived in my apartment for 9 years and this place is always so much fun. The general manager decorates the community for every holiday, which makes it feel really special for all of us. I broke my hip 5 years ago, so now I make sure to exercise three times a day after I eat. I also love the desserts when I ask the chef for two, he never says no, and they’re always so delicious.
