Taj Residential Care

The meals are healthy and well balanced and plentiful. My 93 yo mother has been there for 10 months and her blood work is always within the norm. The staff are caring and helpful and supportive and assist her in all her needs. There are a total of 6 other clients and there are always 2 wonderful caregivers available 24/7. The manager [name removed] is always available too 24/7 and communicates extremely well. They manage her meds as needed and inform me of when and what is due. Luckily Kaiser pharmacy has a auto refill system that's mailed to the house and if there's a need for a pick up then the manager will get them. I also have Amazon delivered to her too. The 10' vaulted ceiling house and all rooms are kept very clean and no clutter for safety concerns. There are two front rooms for a private visit from friends and family. There is a swimming pool and spacious backyard to stroll around and enjoy. There is a large park just across the street with tables and kids play area. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. She has her own bedroom with room for a nightstand and small couch and knickknack stand and large closet. Overall this is a great location and close to shopping centers. Overall this is a perfect inexpensive place for my mother and will be taken care of all the way through her hospice years. She and all of her family members are extremely lucky to have found this wonderful home for her.

The staff were very attentive, had good communication and genuinely cared. The place was clean and safe and very supportive of family.

The manager ([name removed]) for all 4 properties is totally awesome!!! She's is available even after hours n while on vacation. Seriously, that is such great customer service that u can't get anywhere else. The clients r all well vetted n they r super nice people that my mom loves to hang out with. The caregivers r all great professionals n they serve up some great meals too.

The manager is a 5+. Her original nurse that has now left was a 5+. I felt like the first nurse did an amazing job keeping my dad well groomed & changed clothes everyday. She used to sit with him in his room & took great care in his feeding by hand. It is evident that the administrator of this facility has the gift of mercy! She goes above what is expected to be sure her patients receive the best care possible!

I've been very happy with Taj. 5 down the line. They're taking excellent care of my stepfather. Yes, I would recommend this community to other families based on the experience I have had so far.

I would let others looking know that it's managed by a nurse. It was a little far for us, but was cheaper than the alternative. Great personalized care.

My loved one is currently a resident at Taj Residential Care III and everything has been great for her at this facility so far! I had experience with 2 other facilities prior to finding Taj and the difference was remarkable! The staff is kind to my loved one, even loving. They keep us, the family, informed of any new developments. They even tell us of cute things that my loved one says or does. Moving in was a breeze. The staff made my loved one and the whole family feel welcome. The meals look delicious, my loved one has not eaten this well in months. I can't find words of praise for Taj Residential adequate to their performance. They feel like family. I find no area where they could improve. My loved one is so happy at Taj. She does not emote much, she stays in her own little world. But she is generous with praise for her new home!

The staff who work in the home taking care of residents are wonderful. Very attentive and kind to the residents. The business manager was not easy to deal with and interfered with my mother's care.

The staff that took care of mom at Taj Residential Care II were wonderful. Very caring and they took excellent care of all of her needs. Communication with the management was difficult at times I suggest the management shouldn't tell families what and how they think the care should be for the residents. Especially if it is the opposite of what the doctor is recommending. Overall, I would recommend Taj Residential Care II to others.
