The preserve is a wonderful place, with friendly, kind and compassionate care staff. That make everyday a great community to live in. In our community residents enjoy daily activities that keeps them entertained and gives them purpose. Resident love to be out in the patio in a sunny day listening to music they love and singing along. This is a place where staff make every resident feel like home.

They have wonderful, caring staff. Many of whom have worked there for years. Everyone is so friendly. They present a family atmosphere. My loved one gets so much attention from the care givers and activities coordinator. In-house physical therapist. Families invited for major activities such as 4th of July and Thanksgiving. Staff never misses a beat when it comes to routine daily maintenance, cleaning, and meds delivery. Awesome, responsive senior management. The Executive Director always available via open door, text, or voice mail. The in-house pharmacy is sooooo convenient and affordable. The nurse practitioners who make house calls make it almost unnecessary to take Mom out for routine doctor appointments. Relative to the quality of care provided, the Reserve is an excellent value in assisted living. Mom is very happy at the Reserve. That says it all

The interaction with the staff is real good. My loved one says the food is good. We picked this community because, they are more caring and my loved one liked the community. They take good care of the residents, and the place is always clean.

The caregivers in my experience have been very attentive, accessible, and friendly. I ask them questions and they respond in a timely manner and it is clear they are taking good care of my loved one. Overall I would recommend Greenhaven Estates to others looking.

Lewisville Estates out performs my last Senior Living place in all areas. I am most impressed with organization and services.

I think the rooms are great, and the staff are very friendly. It's a happy place. I've walked in so many that just give off sadness and depression and that is not the case at Lewisville Estates.

I am very pleased with The Reserve at Pasadena. The facility itself is great and she really enjoys the food. The staff go out of their way to be pleasant, friendly, and accommodating. I can only say good things about them, if she cannot be home I am glad she is here. I would absolutely recommend them.

I would highly recommend and rate the community high. They attention the staff gives to the residents is very high on my list of things we enjoy about the community. The staff communication is very good, and they call us anytime they feel it is something we need to know or be aware of with our loved one. The community offers a lot of activities for the residents to participate in.

My father loves it there. He's made a lot of friends. The staff and the other residents are just overly friendly. He loves the food and does not miss a meal - because the food is so good and also because of the social time. (And before moving in, he used to skip meals.) We are just thrilled that we don't have to worry about him if he were in a different situation. He's enjoying every moment. And the price range is perfect.

The staff have been very helpful regarding the financial size of things. They are very responsive to questions and concerns we may have. They have been very accommodating and patient with our loved one given at times they can be difficult. Occasionally we may hear a complaints for our loved one and the other residents about the meals but over they are good.

We had a great tour experience with The Reserve at Pearland and we liked this facility a lot. Compared to another we were looking at, it seemed that the value for what was offered was not as good. We met a lot of nice people and it seems like it was definitely a higher income clientele.

The Elison community is very warm setting. The Administration staff, has been clear and concise with cost, and what expected of the residents. The property service are and go the extra mile. The Culinary staff [name removed], [name removed], [name removed], [name removed], [name removed], [name removed], and [name removed] the service is awesome even if don't menu of the day. Activities Staff [name removed], [name removed] and [name removed] mini Concert, Christmas program set the atmosphere a "Mature young" person to have fun. The residents always helpful, friendly, caring and full of wisdom. There are someone to talk when you need to just talk.

We had a good tour at The Reserve at Pearland, and I felt it would have been a suitable place for my parents. It was just up to them to decide which of all the suitable places we saw that they preferred.

All of the staff members are really friendly and my husband loves the meals and dining service. Based on our experience so far with the Reserve at Pasadena we would recommend this community for other families.

This community was my number one for a while until another community caught my attention. They had a lot of organized activities for the residents but it was also too big.

I have nothing but excellent things to say regarding this memory care facility. [name removed] went above and beyond to see that my dad was placed for a respite stay. Weeks later, my mom passed away and I wouldn't want my dad anywhere else. {name removed} the director is passionate regarding all aspects of senior living. My 93 year old mom moved here about 4 months ago. The entire staff is fantastic. They are caring and very attentive to the needs of my mother. All the employees go out of their way to ensure she is taken care of. The staff nurse is top notch along with the employees who deliver the medications. The cafeteria staff go out of their way to ensure my mom gets excellent meals. The maintenance staff ensured she had a smooth move-in. I am glad my mother picked Colonial Oaks.
