I love it here. It's a beautiful community and the people and staff are very welcoming and caring. I'm so glad I chose Mallard Point Senior Living! The food is great and meals are included in the cost. Transportation is also included. The grounds are well maintained. Activities are also included. The staff has worked with me to make a smooth transition.

The staff members are always willing to help answer questions and they all seem to smile all the time. The activities we've gone to have all been fun or helpful or interesting. The housekeeper does a good job of keeping both the common areas and individual apartments clean, with individual apartments being cleaned once a week and the common areas daily. We are enjoying being able to eat 3 meals a day anytime we from 7 to 7. The meals are varied with a different entree and dessert each day with Breakfast being served all day. Living here is a huge change for us, but with good food, activities, and friendly residents and staff, we are happy we made this our new home.

Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. The grounds were amazing including a bocce court, walking paths and an area for residents to garden. The facility was incredible! The rooms were spacious. I liked the balcony or patio option. The dining area was impressive in terms of the variety of food for each meal on the menu and the fact that the dining area is open all day. The theater, library and game rooms were an added plus. The entire facility was immaculate. In terms of pricing, the point system used made sense in that a person in independent living could purchase one aspect of assisted living without being moved to the assisted living area. Since my friend doesn't drive we were very satisfied with the transportation options for residents. I talked to two of the residents and they loved living there.

[name removed] did a wonderful job of showing us all the amenities for the neighborhoods, explained things well, and answered all questions…always with a smile, patience, and humor with my sister who is very reluctant to leave her home. We enjoyed a delicious lunch while there. I would definitely recommend this to those looking for assisted living or memory care. The rooms are larger than I’ve seen at other facilities, with larger closets. My thanks to [name removed] for all your help!

People are professional and compassionate. Dining room compares to many quality restaurants. Facility nicely designed and decorated.

It's independent living. The staff depends on the day, some of the administration staff are very good, others just think they are better than you. The food is overall good, but they need more variety. The activities are a 5 if they would include all of the residents

Montvale is an extremely nice facility. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for retirement living. The restaurant is open from 7-7 and is much more accommodating than our last facility. Apartment sizes are great.

The Cambridge Senior living place is Amazing! My Mama absolutely loves her little apartment! They really care about the people there and it doesn't feel like a place for old people. It feels like home, and there's so much to do and be involved in. Thank you so much for your help. I would recommend that place for anyone looking for an independent and happy place to live...couples or single people, and their pets if they have or want them

At this point I would say 5 on all points. She has only been there a short time but all has been good so far. Communication is really good, simply through text messaging. My loved one has good things to say about the staff. Its very clean which gives the facility a good look and smell. The food we have seen and tasted are good also.

Where loved it but just too far from where we want to be. The one bedroom was spacious and had newer stainless full size appliances in the kitchen. And also had an island with seating in the kitchen. The bedroom was spacious and also was the bathroom. The facility has a beautiful patio area with a fireplace and pets dogs are welcome. The Cambridge also has a library and there own restaurant m where your food is included. I think most people would fall.iin love with the Cambridge. I talked with 3 residents who have been there for more than 2 years, and all stated they were very happy. We have decided on a much smaller place in the area we wanted.

The staff was the best! EVERYONE was kind and knowledgeable. They took time to get to know my mom. The facility was spotless everywhere. The food was amazing and the choices were thoughtful. There were great options to participate in activities to stimulate the residents.

My father loves it. No cooking, great activities, nice staff, great room and housekeeping.

They seem like they really care about her. Check it out for yourself- definitely worth the time to invest in your loved one's future.

[Name Removed] was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and made the tour a great experience. We were genuinely disappointed to hear that she is leaving. The property was clean, well-maintained, and very impressive. We also loved seeing the remodeling progress and are excited about the improvements being made. Overall, it was a wonderful tour experience.

We were very impressed with the facility as we came into the parking lot, everything was neat, orderly and the grass was mowed. Once inside we were professional greeted. The Facility Rep took time to get to know us and the needs of our father. He provided faculty tour and answered all our questions. Never pressured or rushed us. Very nice facility, is at the top of our list.

Very friendly, very clean. We weren’t rushed when we visited and they took the time to answer all of our questions and concerns. Walked us clearly through the process. We’ve even found out some neighbors of my dad have a daughter there who is keeping her eye on dad. My dad seems to be happy there. I know he’d rather be home but that’s no longer possible.

Clean, bright and new facility. Was very impressed the minute I walked through the door. Greeted immediately by staff who were ready to point me in the right direction. Secure setting to the assisted living area. Pet friendly with the option of pet assistance as it becomes needed. We are just getting started looking at different options, but the Wellington will definitely stay on our list of promising options.

caring people, clean facility with lots of well planned activities! A little on the expensive side but well worth it!

A very nice place and everyone accommodating and thorough. Only saw independent living option. A bit too expensive to move forward with, especially for 2 people.
