Pinnacle Living: 5 = Residents are open, welcoming, friendly, articulate, so there was little or none of that uncomfortable "newbie" feeling. 5 = Apartment - Lovely, spacious 2-Bdrm w/patio. Nice large bathroom and HUGE walk-in closet 4 = Cleanliness -Although a few folks complained about some dust in the Lobby, I never saw it and it looked very good to me. 4 = Management seems open and friendly. The activities director particularly warm and available. 3 = Activities - Not as many offerings as I would like 4 = Maintenance appears efficient. Snow removal was excellent. 4 = Cont'l breakfast served M-F quite nice with several food offerings. No other meals are available, which is why the rent is lower than most. 3 = Security seems okay, although I'm not crazy over delivered pkgs are often left in Lobby where anyone could take them. 2= Transportation bus Not wheelchair accessible and there's some issues now with registration and title.

I moved in here on very short notice and the fact that Alloro was the only facility that offered the first 2 months free made a big difference. However it was the best choice I could have made! I have met so many amazing people and new friends! It is like having a new family being here!! The food is so much better than the last place I was in. There is only a Continental Breakfast Monday to Friday. You are on your own for the week-end!! The Chef here offers a Special Dinner menu on Tuesday and Thursday! The prices very from $[fee removed] to $[fee removed]! If you have a car and can still drive your choices are much better. There are a lot of great restaurants near by that you can choose from. The kitchens in these 2 buildings vary in the models you choose. Most models have good size and fully equipped kitchens. I myself still love cooking for myself and my friends here at Alloro!! I have met a Very Special Male Friend since I have moved in here!! He really likes my cooking!! You can be as social as you want to be here. There are many activities to enjoy and meet people!! Most of the people are very social and friendly here! The Staff here goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and welcome!! I am so happy I made the right choice to move here at this time of my LIFE!! The saying that LIFE is What you Make of It is So True!! I would give Alloro a Big 5!!! I would recommend seeing this place in Person!! The pictures do not do it justice!! The SUN program here is amazing.

Quiet, Peaceful Maintenance very helpful, my apartment is spacious apt.. I am very comfortable and thus far have no complaints March will be 2 years since I moved in.. I am very independent and go about on my own, although they offer various activities for the residents such as BINGO, food shopping trips, monthly Birthday parties and Holidays Festivities, I am especially grateful that it’s a pet friendly facility and I was able to move in with my cat! Also ample parking space it’s a relief!

Your organization did an amazing job, in helping me find a place for my sister. I have recommended your organization to others. I will continue to do so.

I'd say higher than 5 if I could. This is my first 55+ community and blown away! We've recently had snow and they've got every pathway and parking lot was just immaculately melted. Super impressed. The office staff is friendly, funny and basically all knowing. If they don't know, they'll find out for you. Since the highest rating is 5, I'll have to say 5. But they deserve more. My apartment itself is perfect. Not too big, not too small. Just the right size and set up. My dog and I love it here!

Everything is great here but I don't know many people here. The apartment size I have is just what I need plus it's close to major highways and shopping centers.

Very nice and clean and good people around, I feel like I live in resort for the rest of my life. Many activities, sometimes really interesting almost every day. Administrative staff very good always help people, food really good, activities some many if you do all then you won't have time to rest

5 on everything. We order food from Meals on Wheels. Food is not included. The staff treat you like family. There is a dog park right outside the apt door. I want to mention that. Very clean and safe. New construction for when there is a hurricane. Also screened in patios so you don't have to worry about bugs. Also, it feels like a resort. I forgot to mention there is a church right next door and any kind of store you want is within 10 min. Also many medical offices close by. ENT, psychology, Cleveland Clinic, Neurologist and urgent care. There are nurses to hire if you need extra help.

Please know that this IS NOT A CARE facility! This an apartment complex for those 55 and over and want and active lifestyle. They do serve breakfast Monday thru Friday at no cost with added dinners and brunches with added costs throughout the month The apartments are luxurious and high end and can be changed to suit.

All are 5. We are very happy here. The residents and staff are friendly and helpful. Yes, I would recommend The Alloro at University Groves to other families based on the experience I have had so far.

Five on everything. My husband and I are very happy here. Everyone including the staff the greatest. We would highly recommend this place to anyone.

All around it is a friendly clean with a reasonable price. I can say I have 2 bedroom 2 bath. The Apt is quite large. The price is fair.

[name removed] and [name removed] were reliable, honest and were very efficient in returning phone calls and emails. I recommend them to anyone who is looking for a 55+ Community. They always took the time to answer any questions had and provides me with all the options available for rentals within the budget needed. The complex is well maintained, meticulous and convenient to stores.

My husband and I have lived here since [date removed]. After several changes in management, this place seems to have got it together. Facilities are terrific: indoor heated pool, sauna, Jacuzzi, movie theater, gym, hair salon,I taty/game room, several outdoor patios, grill. Staff is responsive and helpful. Residents are friendly and welcoming. We feel very comfortable and safe here.

My parents moved into Sandalwood in August & are finally settling into their new home. Apartments are large & with a beautiful functional kitchen. Pull emergency cords in bathrooms & bedrooms. Shuttle bus available for scheduled activities. They are meeting friends & are more social now.

It’s a great place to living in for your older relatives to be living here and there’s plenty of things they can be doing in their spare time. There’s swimming pool,barber shop, excerise room they hold Bingo once a month.

What I like the most about Pinnacle Living is the friendly people, the guests and staff. It is in a location that is convenient to everything, markets, restaurants etc. Place is kept in primo condition and I would recommend this community to other families

Highly recommend Alloro for very independent and active seniors that are 55 and older. It is expensive, but they offer very high quality apartments. The meals are limited, but overall I would highly recommend this community.
