Excellent place for your loved one to live. Beautiful building, rooms are spacious and the views and location are perfect. The staff was accommodating and know about the building and costs. Several of the res were so nice and friendly.

The homestead is a great match for my mom. The residents are very friendly and welcoming. My mom participates in most of their activities, church services and exercise. They have shuttle service to groceries, restaurants and activities. The park like setting has a walking path all around it, and deer come to frequent the place. Coming from out of state, she didn't know anyone. She's making friends quickly. This is all a great comfort to me.

Easy process, very clean and well taken care of building and grounds, excellent food, many different daily activities, attentive staff.

The staff were friendly, caring and professional. The facility was comfortable and clean. I felt my family member got great care there for a good value.

The facilities, the staff and the food is top notch. Everyone here makes sure that our needs are taken care of. They greet you every day with a smile and a welcoming personality. I have been here for almost 3 months, with no regrets.

Our mother was in the Homestead Long Term Care unit for 7 months before she passed away. Our family was very grateful for the wonderful nursing care she received, and for the support we received as a family, while we were going through this difficult time.

We are very happy with the whole place. When we started looking for places, I had three things I most wanted. A laundry room in the apartment, a balcony and two bathrooms. At least two toilets. And with Homestead I got all three items

The staff seemed to really care about the residents and their families. They acted very professionally, and I felt it was a good value for the prices charged, as those services are generally very expensive.

My grandmother loved living at the homestead. The staff are very caring and very professional I always knew my grandmother was safe and taken care of. I would highly recommend the homestead. She loved the food and the family like atmosphere. She also enjoyed the verity of activities.

My mother was in the independent living facility for 2+ years and then moved to the assisted living facility, Palm View. Both facilities were clean with good food and adequately staffed. Mom is safe and happy there and well cared for. Staff comes and gets her throughout the day for activities to keep her engaged and active. She recently went to a pumpkin carving event for Halloween party. Very nice place.

We had a really good tour experience with The Homestead at Anoka. The reason that we did not choose this facility though was because they do not accept elderly waiver. So if your loved one runs out of money, you would have to move them again and we did not want to do that.

We had a good tour experience with Elder Homestead. The facility did look a bit run down and needed some TLC, it was just not the right fit for my loved one.

The meals are a little bit of a draw back we were hoping for more, but overall our loved one is enjoying it there. The community is very clean, our loved ones apartment has brand new carpet. The place is nice and close family.

Its wide open very clean, very upbeat and everyone was so nice and helpful.

Our family had a tour experience, and our father was actually a resident there for rehab and we really liked it. However, they did not have assisted living which was what we were looking for.

This place is amazing. Clean, friendly, so many amenities, food is excellent, staff is over the top helpful. Residence is homey and so well designed.

Each time I have been here , it is obvious how people feel here. They all seem to worship [name removed], who opened this facility many years ago and is the crown jewel in this facility. He is amazing not only to the community , but to the wider Anoka community in which they serve.

I am an attorney who works in the elder community. [Name removed] from the Homestead is so kind and personable-she has shown me the lovely Homestead and given me a good idea of the extra benefits of living there for my clients. She is a gem and The Homestead is beautiful.
