Westmont Living

Very nice. Facility clean, & beautiful. For swimmers their large pool a huge plus. For walkers lakeside path a must. Plenty of activities for socially minded seniors. Most expensive of 3 sites I visited but personally felt other locations better fit.

Excellent facility , clean and recently built, with a convenient location. Rooms are nicely laid out and spacious. Staff was very helpful, friendly and able to answer all my questions. I can understand why there are no openings.

It was a very wonderful experience. Great accommodations. I love the place and loved all the choices you have. I hope brother will be able to live there. He felt it met his needs. We also thought it had a great location.

It’s a very nice and comfortable place, with attentive personnel. The place seemed clean, with plenty of light in the rooms overall, and pleasant colors and artworks. The people around were friendly and welcoming.

I want to tell other Senior Citizens of a great place to live. Full of friendly staff; great food and other Tenants ready to be your friend, give advice and be there for you when needed The staff is always ready to listen, solve issues and give comfort when needed

After significant online research, my wife and I decided to look no further. From the time we entered the building for a tour of the facility, we receive nothing but the best possible feelings from every staff person to the folks living there. [name removed] did an outstanding job of explaining everything, leaving us without any questions. We look forward to enjoying the long list of programs and services they have to offer, in the not too distant future.

What we like the most about the community is that the staff are very helpful, we like the size of the apartment and the activities that are offered. Yes, we would recommend Westmont of Pinole to other families based on the experience so far.

I had a tour of the facility and was extremely impressed with everything about it. I have heard good things about Westmont and wanted to see for myself. The lady whom I met spent the better part of two hours with me as we discussed our family situation, and at no time did I feel rushed. I was particularly interested in knowing the difference between the assisted living wing and the Alzheimers wing and how they interact. I left with a clear understanding of everything, and feel that Westmont will be very suitable for our family member in due course. I highly recommend Westmont to anyone considering a safe, caring place for a loved one.

I love this placement que the people are very very nice. Everything is new and we have everything in our apartment. I go first walk. The chef does try to do his best but it is not easy because this is a big community. The food taste good. The staff feels like family.

They won’t let me give this place over 10+. My family was surprised that I wanted to leave my nice home for a senior community. I had a senior advisor who took me to many places in the area I wanted to live. Without hesitation I put a down payment here and it wasn’t even finished being built. The point is, without even going inside everything I learned about Westmont exceeded my expectations. Movers set up my things and the first time I went into my home, I cried immediately with tears of joy! I love this place, the staff, and all the people around. I felt at home from the moment I moved in. Within weeks I found that I have a fabulous extended family! And it’s been the best place to live since day 1.

i like the caregivers and how fast they respond. They treat us with so much kindness and we feel like family. I am allergic to most foods but the dining is still very kind to me. I really like[removed name] She always remembers what I need for my shower. [removed name]is really good bringing my meds on time.

Honestly i really like this place. I talk to my friend at another facility and want others to live here. I like the food the people and the staff. I like the activities. I love all the activities director. We have a great program here

My mom is a resident of Compass Rose, the memory care facility at Westmont of Carmel Valley. It is clean, well lit, lively, and I appreciate that there is an activities coordinator dedicated just to memory care providing fun and thoughtful activities throughout the day, every day. Caregivers are energetic, upbeat and friendly providing a loving and positive environment for all. The Resident Service Director is always available to answer my questions and concerns, and is very involved with the comfort and care of each resident. It took Mom a while to adjust to being in memory care, but we see her flourishing in Compass Rose and living her best life now. She feels comfortable, clean and safe in her new home. This is a beautiful high-end facility where you pay for great services. Seasonal events are well coordinated with Assisted Living as they put on fun and extravagant events for all residents. I am so glad that I found Westmont of Carmel Valley for my mom.

Beautiful facility with so much to offer. Restaurant, 24 hour cafe, library, church service, laundry facility, movie nights, activities, and so much more. [removed name] was so helpful and knowledgeable helping us navigate this next step in our mom’s life. We’re thankful to have found Westmont.

The staff at Westmont is fabulous. They've been very helpful and kind to my mom. The overall cleanliness of the common areas could be a little bit better. There are some stains on the carpet and that kind of thing. The apartment size is for about one bedroom a little small in the living room area. The activities director could be a little more on the ball and provide more activities for the seniors. The residence at Westmont are a little cliquish and it's very difficult to break into their social network. I feel like the activities Director falls short in that she doesn't really reach out to the new residence to get them involved. Also, Westmont, the food has been outstanding. I'm very pleasantly surprised and Mom being very picky, has not had any complaints and often comments how good everything is.

I originally moved to Westmont Of Carmel Valley as a support system for my wife. Originally we were in independent living, but as her diseased progressed, she now is in compass rose their memory care unit. She receives excellent care from well trained care workers that treat her like their own family. My life in independent living is full of activities. There is always an exercise class a craft class or a happy hour With entertainment to keep keep us busy. To move to West Valley Choosing to move to Westmont Carmel Valley was the best decision I could have ever made.

Beautiful a very warm feeling! I liked everything about WestMont. My husband had such a horrible experience in the hospital we needed to bring him home and bring him back to normal before he’s ready for WestMont . I loved the people and the place Kathy and Jim Blaschke

It's a large apartment. They have excellent diversity for meals. There is a fabulous movie center. There is a splendid pool (we arrived too late in October and my dad will NOT go in the water). They have a Welcoming staff...and reachable staff (cell phone).

A 5 for all categories. The family has been happy with Lakeview. Caring staff, cleanliness and our overall experience getting our family member settled in the facility. My mother in law had Medicaid and Lakeview was the only facility we found that had a Medicaid room available when we needed it. 2 or more years of Private Pay would not work for our family. That being said, we are very pleased with Lakeview Senior Living.

They have been very attentive to my brother's needs. I would recommend to others.
