Had a great experience with my interaction with [Name Removed] when visiting the facility in memory care for compass rose. Was going to move my grandmother here but sadly has not made it! Thank you! I will be recommending this facility to anybody in need of family members in need

Westmont is a lovely, well designed building. The rooms are surprisingly large , with very functional kitchenettes. Our guide, was delightful, and was easily able to answer any questions we had. We were very impressed by this senior living option.

Very cool very nice, volunteered to help with the 5 anniversary event and am blown away with how well maintained this facility is.

The staff is patient with the residents and there is always something to do.

5s all the way. It's been a great experience thus far. The staff, from top to bottom are very pleasant, helpful and responsive. The facility is very nice and well maintained. The number and quality of activities keeps residents happy.

[Name Removed] is so wonderful! Gave us a tour offered us lunch and helped us out with our needs. This facility is worth every penny that you pay and the staff is fabulous. I would recommend it to anyone.

They are doing well with my FIL. The memory care ward is a good clean place

I would say 5 stars. I haven't been there. My husband came up after we liked the place on line and the staff answered questions. I don't know about the activities or food cuz we're 200 miles away and trying to do all this by phone and internet. And we can't really go by our relative's experience cuz she's in memory care (seems very caring to us) and is very confused. Her brain injury has caused her to be mad, but I don't think the Oaks is responsible for that. She does like the music when someone comes and sings (so far, anyway). She seems to like her room ok but doesn't like sharing a bathroom. Pretty minor, and she's not logical.

The place was very friendly and concerned with providing information about all the activities and features that are available to all that want to participate. Plus, the staff's participation in many of the activities.

My mother was in memory care, and the staff is very friendly constant communication about what was happening with my mom. Every time they called the doctor they would notify us or if there was an issue, they would notify us and all the events and activities they have to keep my mom engaged was amazing. The facility is a newer facility so everything is brand new and pristine condition along with her room was she had her own room she wasn't in a shared room so she had a privacy. He was a studio with just a bathroom so that was great for my mom to have her own space.

I was impressed by the quality and features of the Westmont of Encinitas facility. The dedication and attention to detail are evident throughout, and we believe your facility stands out as an excellent option. The facility is ideally situated near the coast, providing easy access to a wide range of shopping, dining, and recreational opportunities. This prime location enhances the overall appeal and convenience for residents and visitors. It has a very lively feeling with a Spacious campus with ample parking. The atmosphere is open, active, and bright, contributing to a lively and welcoming environment. During our visit, we observed staff members interacting with residents by name as they passed them. This personal approach fosters a sense of community and belonging. Residents themselves appeared very active and sociable, often seen sitting in groups and engaging in conversation. Dining room was also very energetic. The living units felt roomy and comfortable.

Westmont was a beautiful facility. The tour guide was very friendly and helpful. I could see having a loved one stay there.

The term I can use to best describe the facility, the residents and the staff is "Shiny!" Facility is immaculate, people are warm and friendly and the cookies were superb!

The Westmont Villsge rep was very kind and knowledgeable. She had a nice energy about her as well.

My mom loves the place and says everyone is so nice. She has been going to activities and has actually improved in her walking and communications. I would recommend them to others who are searching for a place for their loved one.

We like westmount of riverside. The apartment is great. The staff so far are nice and accommodating. The administrators tends to be difficult to get a call back or email but we know how to escalate things which resulted in prompt responses. I really like the senior doc connection they have that has minimized the number of urgent care visits. Overall the experience has been very positive.

Location was a key factor (close to friends). On site staff, including nurse and visiting doctor is important. The facility age and cleanliness is important. Outdoor options along with daily and weekly programs are also essential.

It was a beautiful facility, new construction. The gal that helped onboard us was terrific. Amenities were great. I would definitely recommend to other. The only thing I can add is the one drawback... not enough outdoor space, or serene places to relax outside

What we like the most about the community is the staff are friendly, it is easy to text or call and check in on loved one, and it gives peace of mind that she is well taken care of. Of course we would recommend this community to others, they are so accommodating. Friendly and approachable. They know they have a precious family member and they are kind and loving.
