Our family had an in person tour and it was a wonderful tour experience, it was like living in a little city. However the drive was just to far from us, but we would give Wichkshire an A+

I felt pretty well about this community for my loved one. Very well done and a nice place, older place but still very nice. They wanted me to see everything and this made me feel good about the experience.

Our family virtually toured this community and it was hard to tell just because it was virtual but we did like the facility and it was our second choice. We ended up going with another facility because it had less residents and this was just a bigger facility.

We were very impressed with this place. It was spacious, clean and smelled very good. The young man who gave us the tour was knowledgeable and able to answer all our questions.

We are very pleased with the staff and care here. It's been a short time but so far we have no complaints or suggestions.

Wickshire Wilmette is definitely a warm and welcoming environment, but we were not able to move into the community due to the value. It was just to expensive.

We chose Wickshire Oklahoma City because of the affordability as well as we really liked the atmosphere and the staff members. The staff have been extremely friendly and helpful and take great care of my mother in law. The rooms are absolutely beautiful and very spacious. At the time we were looking they had a chef, but now they do not. They are having a hard time keeping a cook so they do not always go off the menu, what you see is not what you get. Starting in March, they are shutting down the facility to renovate it, so residents will have to move out. They are moving residents out free of charge to the Wickshire in Norman while these changes happen. Overall I would highly recommend this facility to others looking.

They have been very helpful and cooperative and responsive when I call and ask questions. Mom is definitely happy there. Well, as happy as my mom can be. lol

Overall I found the staff at Wickshire WIlmette easy to work with it was a nice change of pace and they did a good job for us. They would call us daily and were great with communication. They could manage her behavior well and we as the family did not have to interject much which was nice because that was the opposite at other facilities. If your loved one is a vegetarian, they do not have many options available. She was served a lot of salads and grilled cheese sandwiches.

The Wickshire community is spotless it gets 10/10 stars on the cleanliness and that is saying a lot coming from a clean freak. They always seem to have different things going on, everything is nicely decorated.

I never give anyone a perfect score. But Mom seems like she settled in relatively quickly. I was surprised she adapted as well as she did. I think it's been a positive experience. The staff have always been friendly and helpful. Anytime I've had a question, they've done what they can to help answer it. Mom seems happy with the food and says there's a pretty good variety. They're keeping her busy with activities too.

Visited here on Sunday, it is not what we are looking for.

Dads quality of life has improved so much since moving here. He is so much happier he is doing the activities and socializing with the residents. The staff is wonderful here very friendly and nice they care about the residents. The community is always clean and looks nice. I would recommend them.

We thought this place was just okay. It's located in a great area, but it had no curb appeal. Its kind of cramped in between two other buildings, so there's not much outside as far as views, and the grounds weren't conducive to outside gatherings.

We toured with Wickshire Wilmette and liked the facility and what we saw. It was ultimately up to my brother and he wanted a place he resonated with right away. He did not like the setting it was in, it was more in the suburbs.

Our family was able to have a virtual tour with this community, while it would be much better to see the place in person and meet the personnel face to face the experience was satisfactory. it was very informative.

Our family had an in person tour and Wickshire was not as bright when you walked in, and we did not see any staff members present.

The staff was friendly but only seen at the front desk. The lighting was dark. Never saw any residents it was mentioned that it was bought by a new company.

There are homeless people living there now stealing all the copper. I didn't know the place was supposedly being remodeled. After walking to the door one of the street rats greeted me saying I needed to pay them $30 to look inside.
