Zon Beachside LLC

Sorry I’m not good at writing. But my husband didn’t want to move there. In a short time he was saying that was content living there. Thats a big compliment from him. We still have a home on the beach. I don’t think he will be moving back there.

They are terrific on all aspects, but as anything else you pay for that service. If there is a problem they are right there to address it and take care of it. The food there is excellent, and plenty to eat. The food they serve is NOT cheap by any means but all top quality and prepared very well by a 5 star chef from what I understand. From looking at some of the meals I do believe that. There management is also top shelf, and on the very rare occasion there is a slight problem, they address it immediately and take care of it. That was why I originally chose Zon, they were problem solvers not problem makers. Everyone else said this is a problem and that is a problem, but not Zon's. There attitude is different, and there attitude is sure that may be different but we can certainly accommodate his wishes. Again they are problem solvers not problem makers.

The whole place is amazing. They have been exceptional. With what they provide, you get a good value for your money. They are doing everything well. They are solution based and other places are problem based. They are so caring, from the aides on up. They are so focused on the residents.

Our experience with the memory care nurses there were fantastic. The community was always kept clean and always well maintained. The activities were teriffic, there was always plenty of things for my husband to participate in.

Mom is doing better than we expected since moving into Zon. We are comforted knowing she is doing so well. The entire staff are friendly, caring and they know her and the family by name. The food is spectacular and we enjoy eating there with her. Dining is like a restaurant and she can choose what she would like from a menu. They offer a variety of activities and they encourage mom to participate. The community is extremely clean and affordable. I would recommend this community.

Everyone on the staff is friendly and helpful. They make it an effort to know the family along with the guest. The facility is maintained in a professional neat style without any antiseptic odors. We have the smallest studio offered and it is very roomy. The bath and shower are designed for ease of access with plenty of handholds. Cable TV is provided and small refrigerator and microwave. Guests have a wearable call device in addition to call devices in the bathrooms. Many public spaces are for the enjoyment of guests. My wife's aunt is not overly picky about food, but comments frequently on the good quality and variety.

The facility is very clean and appealing to look at. The staff is good, as always they are very shorthanded and I feel the staff that they have could offer more help rather than always waiting to be asked. They offer activities, but none that my father can/will participate in. There are few places in this area that can take care of a particular need that my father has. All in all, yes I would recommend this place to other people.

Our family had an in person tour and its a very lovely facility, it is clean, freshly painted and nice looking. However it is quite expensive and with the location being on the island anytime there was a severe storm they would have to evacuate and we just did not want to have to worry about that.

[name removed] the receptionist at the front desk is great! [name removed] is tremendous asset to the company. Food quality was excellent. Food service staff and procedures for special diet issues need improvement. If CNA care was better the value would be higher. Some staff were quite good, but many were not very good and some were just terrible. [name removed] needs to add a 24/7 supervisor to each floor, to train and verify. Punching a button on a phone or in room does not ensure a care task is done.
