Definitely a 5 in all categories. Staff is always responsive to my questions, attentive to my mother's concerns and wishes, and the food is very good. My mom is encouraged to participate in activities but as a whole, she prefers the company of the staff.

5 for everything, I like the Highland Place. All of the staff members from the Director, to the Nurse down, and even the chef have been welcoming, accommodating and friendly It's very family oriented there.

Helpfully staff they are working on more activities. Only issue but not really no health staff but it is not a nursing home. Proximity to shopping good. Gym nice.
