Everyone has been wonderful helping Mom adjust. Very clean, lots of activities going. Very Happy here. I would recommend them to others who are searching for a place for their loved one.

The rooms and apartments are much larger than other senior living places around our area, seems more secure, parents say food is excellent and they get larger portions than other places, lots of activities and very nice staff. First two months we are off to a great start.

I could tell the minute I walked into this facility this was the place for my friend. Very open and cheerful, friendly staff, and smiles on faces of the other clients in the building, Very open to questions asked about care that was needed for my friend, what was expected in care and needs from us as well. Very up front about cost and financial concerns making it easy to plan ahead.

It's a beautiful place. Everyone is so friendly. They have alternative meal choices. Nurses on staff if you need that.

I enjoyed my visit to Terra Bella. All the staff were friendly and the facility was attractive and inviting.

Summer place has been a wonderful experience so far for my father. The facility is Clean, provides transportation, activities. Great property to walk inside and outside. The food is good and the staff are very friendly.

[name removed] was full of knowledge about the facility and answered all my questions thoroughly, even those about the few unfavorable reviews I had seen online. The facility was clean and tastefully decorated, staff seemed very happy to be there, and clients were engaged in a variety of activities and settings. Very impressive! And I'm very happy to say that mom will be moving on this week!

The room is very nice, huge accessible bathroom, lots of window. The staff, every single one, are super. Nice, helpful, kind... They keep me informed if there's any problems. Food is excellent.

My wife and I visited on behalf of my mother who is 89 years old. We met with [Name Removed] a lovely woman, who spoke enthusiastically about Diamond Ridge and what it could offer my mother. We were then taken on a tour and shown the main features of the residence and we were shown a few of the apartment options. My wife and I were both impressed by the staff, activities offered, facilities such as the library and activities room and by the cleanliness of the building. We were happy that we went and I am comfortable that the facility would provide what my mother needs. I was provided a very nice tour of the community including the different resident room configurations. I liked that there was a reception/concierge desk upon entering the facility and that visitors had to sign in/out. I felt reassured that the facility prioritizes the well-being and security of its residents. I also saw the dining room around dinner time and that was nice. I would certainly consider Home Place of Burlington for my mom.

I met with [name removed], who was compassionate and caring. We only talked about care in an overview kind of way. I will need to ask more questions but for now was taken really good taken care of. I really liked the space, the vibe and the friendliness of all!

I was treated very well by [name removed] - she took me all over and explained everything. I was impressed by all the amenities.

The staff, all of them, from the receptionist to the nurses and aides, were great. They answered questions, stopped in to see how she was doing, etc. As her passing approached, they were making sure both Mom ND the family were OK or if we needed anything.

Sorry for the delay. The facility is a bit dated. We do not use the laundry facility because most residents complain (took someone 5 hours to dry a load of laundry). Rooms are slightly dated but acceptable. The staff is just amazing. Everyone is so friendly. The residents are all very helpful and friendly as well. It's a very welcoming environment.

It's a small intimate community. My dad receives one on one personal care from the staff. They genuinely care about his well being.

I feel surrounded by wonderful people. The care staff is knowledgeable & hard working. They check on me, and I feel safe here. We have a lot of fun activities that keep me busy.

Courteous and friendly staff. Very good experience to have my father in law situated in this place. He likes it and has enjoyed visiting with the residents.
