Staff treats residents with love and dignity. Director is always on- site and available for consultation. I like that he is a registered nurse and treats his staff with great respect, maintaining high expectations for cleanliness and resident care. They also work well with our Hospice provider.

The Meals are good and residents have choices. Activities are varied and again residents can choose if they want to participate. I checked out several other places and felt that LakeHouse Coldwater was the best.

It's a nice place, and my loved one seems to like it. I have nothing bad to say. The staff is friendly and attentive. They have homemade meals coked by the staff. The care is good overall, although we've noticed some fluctuations when we're there unannounced vs. announced.
