She had been dealing with failing health for a couple of years, but always bounced back after medical treatment. We were all unsure that she would recover from her downward turn. Because of that uncertainty, placing her in Assisted Living was quite a challenge. Aegis was absolutely fantastic. I cannot sing their praises enough. Truly an extraordinary group of people! Between hospice and Aegis, Mom’s every need was met. A nursing care plan was put in to place immediately upon arrival. She was hoping to get her hair done, and an appointment was made prior to her arrival! The team had a communication plan in place also, questions were promptly answered. Changes that needed to be made happened swiftly and seamlessly. They are an absolutely amazing team of caregivers and professionals!
