[name removed] was extremely helpful, flexible, and responsive answering all our questions and making sure everyone felt comfortable about moving in. Since then, my parents have adjusted fairly quickly for a couple in their mid 80s. They love to sit outside on the expansive front porch and look at the lake. They even have a slice of a lake view from their apartment. While the entire building is lovely (and smells nice!), the staff make it even better. The single point of contact, the front desk, for most everything is very easy for them. The twice monthly housekeeping is reliable and takes this burden off my mom. They seem pleased with the meals and enjoy having the menu in their apartment so they can pick what they want before they go.
